What would be your choice for a post-workout Shake if you had to choose between whey protein, Pea protein, or soy protein
I’m looking for something that is good protein for me so I can feed my muscles and get in after my workouts and get out and go home
it takes me about 35 minutes with traffic just to get home so I want something right away

Whey protein isolate, or hydrolysed whey protein isolate, with soft boiled or pasteurised eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend it before hand and take to training to drink afterwards, add some vanilla essence if you like vanilla, also vanilla is a really good flavour for the whey protein for this sort of recipe but I’ve used all sorts of flavours.

So awesome to see a professional promoting this. I hardly ever see anyone that understands this. I went down a research rabbit hole on protein supplements and eventually learned the best protein powders are actually made of milk and eggs, but they are super rare, and quite expensive, I didn’t even know they existed until recently. I just use fresh eggs, milk and buy a little bit of whey isolate since can afford those, I make protein shakes with those as the base and you can tell they are different when you have them, no bloating but you feel really satiated in a way that just whey protein powder etc alone never achieves.

i don't drink shakes. i eat real food

but if you want a shake, atleast get one free of additives and sugars

pure isolate I like Dymatize great product and taste great

also @Ori i see you on the forums but want to know what cycle you doing? you going to share?
I joined toward the end of a peptide cycle.
BPC-157 and CJC1295/GHRP6, at the moment I’ve finished the bpc and am almost done with the cjc combo.
I was about to start my first endeavour with steroids but have had to put it on hold due to an ongoing legal battle for compensation and I also just learned I need a couple more surgeries, so I’m trying to save some money now for oral BPC-157 and TB4 Frag Max to help me recover when I get sliced open again. Once I get past the compensation claim and the surgeries I’m going to do the steroid cycle I have planned then.
I could do an exercise log but it would be a bit boring because I’m still basically trying to do a lot of physiotherapy type stuff, working my way up to being able to blast and really put on some mass.

i like the honey and egg idea. good idea!
