best post workout shake options

Forgot to mention something else I’ve seen people do with the egg shake thing, just haven’t tried this myself. You can buy a bag of whole egg powder, and a high quality whey isolate and mix those together but I forget the ratio people mix it at. I prefer using fresh eggs and either soft boiling or pasteurising them before blending them into a smoothie with whey isolate and milk etc, but I guess whole egg powder would be easier to travel with, just have no experience with it personally only seen people doing it.
 
I joined toward the end of a peptide cycle.
BPC-157 and CJC1295/GHRP6, at the moment I’ve finished the bpc and am almost done with the cjc combo.
I was about to start my first endeavour with steroids but have had to put it on hold due to an ongoing legal battle for compensation and I also just learned I need a couple more surgeries, so I’m trying to save some money now for oral BPC-157 and TB4 Frag Max to help me recover when I get sliced open again. Once I get past the compensation claim and the surgeries I’m going to do the steroid cycle I have planned then.
I could do an exercise log but it would be a bit boring because I’m still basically trying to do a lot of physiotherapy type stuff, working my way up to being able to blast and really put on some mass.
@Ori sorry to hear about your injury and good you trying to recover

but an exercise log is NOT boring, many in our community have injuries and issues

@Ori I've mixed egg with isolate do 50/50 thats best

Wow I honestly didn’t realise a recovery log would be relevant for here. I can definitely upload one, I’ve kept notes most of the way through my journey with it, at least as far as my training regimen goes. Diet I have some notes but they aren’t nearly as complete as the exercise stuff.
I’ll have a good look through these logs you posted links for to get a feel as to how to post my own, and I’ll start listening to the podcast, that sounds like a great way to help get me through my workouts. Should have a massive log posted within a day or so that goes from the start right up to where I am now, diet, peptide cycles and all. It may be helpful as you say, for others with injuries and I’m sure I’m not the only one here with autoimmune issues as well.

Almost there bro, been working on it today between my workout sessions. Should have a comprehensive log with history uploaded tonight Australian time or mid morning tomorrow 👍. Loving the podcast by the way, especially the episode about the benefits of having a log, was a real eye opener I had completely misunderstood the scope of this forum it covers way more than I initially realised, this place is amazing 😃
