I just started an mma class and my trainer suggested I get some protein powder to get what I need. Most of my proteins come from soy and eggs ( a little bit from peanut and beans... ).
Although I don't drink milk anymore I don't really mind taking whey powder and it would probably be best for me since I get about 0 protein from milk in my current diet.
I was wondering what would be a good protein for me to get. I'm not looking to lose fat (I'm 5' 9" 140lbs) so I don't really care to have the best formula that costs x2 because there is less fat. I just want something:
-that fuels me good
-that is relatively cheap
Also I was wondering if I should order it from the net or go to a supplement store to save on the shipping.
