Best sports trt for maintaining muscle with calisthenics and also endurnace

I just came off a 24 week tren cycle I got sick with mono and lost weight I'm still muscular just downsized I was 220 at my peak on my cycle with visible abs now I'm like 198, I used to box I wanna know what the best trt for sports would be rn I'm just on 400 test cruising after thatt long tren cycle, should I go like 300 test and mk677 cause I have bottles of deca and test and mk677 and anadrol all stocked for winter but I'm thinking rn I wanna maintain a fit muscular physique with good cardio to stay healthy what should I do I'm thinking maybe anadrol cycle on sports trt with mk677 and cardarine for performance what do u thinkk?

U should do a long TRT cycle with only test at 150-175mg per week for about 3 months to let your body heal up.

@Getgainsgetgirls welcome to the EVO family :) happy to have you sharing, you look great, tight and lean in the picture.

ON your cycle, I would say TRT is the path for you to heal but to really heal and to really get on TRT or sports TRT+ (test+sarms etc) we need to know more about you in a different format, HOW?
please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal, share your diet training cardio history sleep and supp use and we can guide you into a full TRT cycle with results.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

if you overdose on trt it will strain your organs too much. hematocrit and RBC will be too elevated which will thicken your blood and shorten your life
 
just curious how they diagnose you with mono
seems like there's a lot of things that can cause it
 
I would get a log going
start it before you start any PED's
 
logging is the best solution here
all these different compounds you want to use can be implemented
 
I don't think it's a bad idea to make steroids and sarms
but what I do think is you need a log so that we can guide you along
 
long term having elevated RBC and other markers are not healthy
keep that in mind, u will shorten your lifespan
 
TRT, as self administered by members (inc me FFS) is rarely anywhere close to that actually prescribed.

Most good clinics average doses from 90-120mg a week. This sufficient, subject to blood tests, to bring most into range for their age.
Most here, again inc me, are circa 200mg. The number of those medically prescribed between 200-300mg is less than 5% (way less).

So called 'sports TRT' is BS. It's just low dose cruising. It averages 300-400mg a week

The problem is it will come with sides that, due to the sheer length of time it's done for (a year plus), are the same as if you stayed on cycle year round.

The last issue, doesn't apply here mind, is going on too young. Few to none under 40 year olds (most have fixable issues - diet, meds and lifestyle stuff) really need TRT. That said ALL (as an average) T levels are lower across the board for current generations vs our dads, grand dads and great grand dads.

ALL TRT is super difficult to 'come off from'. That's cos real TRT is almost always for LIFE.
