Any professional powerlfters/ olympic lifters that can give there favourite stims and supps for hitting PRs?

No AAS /SARMS as I don't want any effect to my natural t levels or liver damage with orals etc. Although if is there is a safe option available that would be of help

I have used 8-32mg eph hcl pre workout once per week and that increases my strength somewhat around 5-10%. Is there any others that you've used to increase strength?

Goals
2021 goals:
130kg +bw dips (max is 100kg added)
100kg +bw pullup ( max is 75kg added)
140kg strict ohp (max is 110kg)
Ultimate goal:
200kg incline bench press (max is 140kg)

I already take caffeine pre workout, what effects did beta alanine have on your strength or is this just for recovery? Do you use ammonia salts every workout when maxing out?

stimulants improve strenght? that is bullshit

when you are lifting heavy your heart rate is going to already become elevated. you actually DO NOT want stimulants before training for that reason. you will be able to push more without them. in many cases people are just addicted to stims

Yeah I’ll admit that’s me. I’ve recently cut back to one energy drink a day. I’m looking to it that out and have only my morning coffee.

Ammonia or any other smelling salts haven't been proved to add strength. Not once. What they do is clear the head. And improve focus. Finally (and I say this as someone who has used them -although very rarely) what they are is a part of the preparation for a max lift. Same as putting on a weight belt.

What do you mean CNS stimulants do increase strength.. There are some scientific research papers on this. Also they wouldn't be banned by WADA of they weren't performance enhancing.

This thread isn't about proving of it works or not, as it works for me, just trying to see what supps. The professionals are using

It basically has a stimulant effect about 15 minutes after you take it as well. I work out late at night after work and it helps get me alive for some of the heavier days

of course there are. you can cherry pick any study to prove what you want.

there are all kinds of tricks guys use before a power training meet, and yes i'm sure some use stimulants to jack up their heart rate. but as i say always, that does not apply to the vast majority of us and you would get better results avoiding stimulants before a workout long term.

i never used stims myself. what i did do is eat a fast digesting meal 2-3 hours prior, make sure i was hydrated and got great sleep the night before. and obviously i trained my balls off, but didn't over train and used AAS. that is how i got stronger.

I can't use AAS or SARMs (not because of drug testing, just don't want any long term sides) so was trying to find an alternative that could help my achieve my strength goals a bit quicker. All these sprinters on oxilofrine and other sims for a performance gain. Just wondering what would be the best bang for your buck stim.

I totally agree that overdosed stims can reduce performance by increasing your heart rate too much and giving too much body heat. For instance clen reduces my strength, i tried it once not for me. This why i only take around 16mg of eph before my heavy workouts once a week. But trying to find a cheaper/better alternative

I would disagree that stims only increase heart rate. They definitely improve strength if you take the right ones. As your cns dictates your muscular power rather than your muscle size.

all you have to do is strap a heart rate monitor to yourself.. all things being equal your HR during your strength set will be higher when stims are in your body, that isn't a good thing and that is major and will be the difference between getting the rep and falling just short.

try out the test on yourself.

now what you are saying is the beneifts of stims will offset the HR problems. that is debateable but why go down that route? rather it would make more sense to get a great nights sleep and focus more on nutrition in this window leading up to the lifts. a stressful day at work, eating something that upsets your stomach, and a shitty nights sleep will cost ya in the gym bigtime. those are the 3 things you should focus on

Stims do mess up your heart. So is there any performance enhancing supplements i can use that aren't stims, AAS, SARMS?

Has anyone tried Alpha-GPC? I saw one study which said that could increase muscular strength.

What are those Russian olympic athletes using??

I did read once briefly d-amphetamine can help push past mental limits, the limits Ur mind screams at u and says no more.
If I rememeber correctly Some Olympic athletes I believe Get prescribed them 'legitimately' and use them to their advantage. But sure can be detrimental too. So not advised.

You could try pcp.... You can jump out of a window and break Ur legs and run down the street. Or get hit by bullets and not stop. Pull things off walls until Ur muscles tear and not realise. But again, maybe not a good idea...
