best supplements for prolactin?

Never used steroids before but I do have high prolactin
my doctor said that it’s not worth it for me to take any prolactin drugs because of their side effects when it comes to heart issues
so he said that I could take some supplements instead
any recommendations were supplements that help with prolactin awesome

hcgenerate es was great for prolactin but you can get regular hcgenerate it will help

Vitamin B6 P5P deficiency itself causes an increase in plasma prolactin concentration, so I will give a try around 90-100mg, it will help also for homocysteine level and also absorbtion of another androgen hormones.
