Best Supps for injuries?

Any experiences using certain supplements to help heal injuries?

I partial tore my pec a couple of weeks ago while benching. I'm currently using some topical ointments as well as glucosamine and msm, and going to PT twice a week. I'd love any other supplement advice from people who've had luck healing injuries. Thanks!

bro i suggest n2joint rx and ostarine ml2866 which was designed for injury healing....add nutrobal if the injury is serious

5 capsules n2joint rx from n2bm.com per day
25mg ostarine from sarms1.com per day
25mg nutrabol (mk-677) from sarms1.com per day
3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day (strong natural anti-inflamatory)

That is pretty much the best stack you can possibly get for any injury. How serious is your tear? Did you see your doctor about it?

Be careful. You can easily turn a partial tear into a full tear if you aren't careful.
 
Ostarine is definitely the best thing you can think of for injury healing. It is much cheaper than HGH, and it is easier to find the real product. It was specifically designed for injury healing, and multiple studies have proven that it speeds up recovery processes. Also, N2Joints RX would be quite beneficial, as it works really well in a stack with ostarine.
 
Ostarine is supposed to be good for this. Obviously hgh is the superior option though.

^^^^ This, plus TB500 is supposed to be helpful. Trying to locate that stuff for myself now... Currently taking Ostarine and HGH is on order.
