What are some of the best supplements you can buy (at GNC preferably) to gain muscle mass and lift heavier.
My personal preference is pills, im too lazy to mix powder after the first few uses.

I been lifting on and off for years, trying to get back into it. I currently max out at 250, want to be able to rep 315 5 times.

You can get creatine in pills which is your best non ped, however it is going to take time, effort and lots of whole foods to make that move. I think it took me two AAS cycles to move from a 285 bench to about 335

GNC is a huge re-seller of supplements. they sell cheap products and mark up the price to retail and profit off that margin. so essentially you are overpaying for shit products

i wouldn't buy a thing from them for that reason

instead n2bm sells far superior products for the cheapest price possible. check them out

Don't have GNC's around but I would go with basic supplements such as whey protein, maybe creatine and general health supplements like multivitamin and fish oil.

Those gains come from dieting correctly with the right training program. Supplements can help but account for no more than about 5% of the equation.
