I'm after some advice for the best time to take dihydroberberine (DHB) (derivative of berberine)
Recommended dose on the bottle of the brand I have is 200mg x 2 times daily after bigger carb meals.
- Training days, best times? ( I train around midday )
- Non-Training days?
I've read mixed things about it's not ideal if trying to put on size, etc.
