You look great the base is awesome. I'll try to answers your questions 1 by 1.

But before I do, this is just a START of your log you know that right? we need you to keep updating the weights for training as you train like bench press what weight what reps you did thats crucial to see how strong you get or weak. And diet will need to be updated as you go as diets dont stay the same.



300mgs testosterone is a good start 150mgs monday 150mgs thursday.



I would use 5mgs aromasin Monday 5mgs wed 5mgs friday thats all you need with 300mgs test.




Aromasin and ostarine not needed in pct, only use them week 1-2 of pct
aromasin 5mgs 2x/week week 1-2
ostarine 12.5mgs ed week 1-2
after drop them for week 3-6 of your pct and stay with clomid nolvadex hcgenerate

I'll post some numbers up as well as changes to diet and blood work about a month into the cycle. Speaking of blood work, is there a recommended source that will hit all of the recommended markers?

Looks like I can't make edits to the original thread so I'll just post updates here and probably a final version right before the start of the cycle. As of right now, I'll make the changes mentioned by NPCCclassic and I've also removed MK677 from my regimen and switched it to HGH 191aa gray tops 120 iu. I plan on started with 2 iu ED and possibly bumping up to 3. Few reasons why: my skin gets a little crazy when my hormones are tampered with, my sleep gets interrupted from years of being a first responder and waking up to calls in the middle of the night (even when not at work). I've read many books on sleep and have tried to optimize it best I can but can only do so much. The HGH will help get me quality sleep when I'm not at work. I'm also hoping it helps with appetite as I often have a difficult time putting down the food I need. If anyone has any thoughts or recommendations regarding this please let me know.

I'm currently taking a fish oil supplement post breakfast. Label states 2600 mg of fish oil, 750mg EPA, 750 DHA, and 150 DPA per 2 capsules. Recommendation is twice a day but I've only been doing it once per day. Do you recommend more than this?

Agreed. Thats a lot of time in the gym and stress on the body. Could almost be cut in half. I don't think I'd be able to sustain that workload very long. I've found over the last few months that less is more.

Those are good numbers. But do less exercises per session

I'm definitely in the gym for a long time so I will try to do less exercises. It's something I'll struggle with because if I feel like I have more juice in the tank and stop, it makes me think I'm not working hard enough. I can only imagine how much harder that'll be with test and such on board.

Hello all. Firstly I just wanted to thank everyone here for all of the work and time put into these forums and website. I've been using these forums for the last few years as I started to dabble into PEDs. A little bit about me and my background...

I’ve been active my whole life. I have a physical job as a First Responder. I started lifting weights about 17 years ago and haven't stopped. I workout 5 days a week. I've done various forms of exercise: bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, circuit training, long distance running, hiking, etc. My goal has been to gain about 5 pounds of muscle every year. I've been able to do that for a long time and broke through several plateaus naturally. About two years ago, I finally hit a wall where I wasn't able to gain any weight or break through any strength barriers. I did my first cycle which was MK677 and Ostarine followed by the same cycle several months later. I also did another cycle earlier this year with Anavar at 20mg a day and MK677. These cycles were all about two months long and followed by a simple PCT regimen. I gained about 5 pounds per cycle which I was pretty happy with. Bloods checked before and after. Slightly elevated liver enzymes at first but resolved over a few months. No other issues. Now I'm looking at doing my first cycle with test and hoping to start mid August or September. My goal is simply to add lean muscle and get to about 10% or lower BF.

I've tried a lot of different workouts. This is Jim Stoppani's full body shortcut to size workout with some slight modifications that has become one of my favorites over the years. It focuses on a primary muscle group but you end up doing a few sets of every muscle throughout workout. Periodization style so every week the rep ranges decrease as weight goes up. Reps go as low as 3-5 in the final week. All workouts start with dynamic stretching and light warmup and finish with a sauna/steam room session with about 15 minutes of static stretching. Cardio is done about five days a week and ranges from running, stairmaster, swimming, or other sports and ranges from 15-60 minutes. Sorry I can't get the format to come out as clean as I have on the original document.

Is 300mg a good amount of test to run for the first cycle? What’s the best way to run that? 150mg on Monday & 150mg on Thursday for example?
Is the Aromasin dosage correct? I’ve seen logs where that is run every day or other day so please help me dial in the amount and frequency.
Is Aromasin required for PCT? I’ve seen people stating it is not required in PCT.
N2Generate is currently out of stock. What else is recommended in place of this for PCT?

Fish oil is like 14 grams per tbsp so thats 14000mg you need to take per day at least.

I'm taking Athletic Greens first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, Vitamin D3 and fish oil right after breakfast. Creatine HCl with my preworkout. Protein post workout and Joint supp after dinner.

I'm keeping diet and training basically the same until I start the cycle in a few weeks. I'll be adding some more fish oil and easing off a few sets or exercises (based on recommendations here). Are you wanting me to post exact numbers for all of my exercises that I posted in my original thread?

Update to log 1 month into cycle:

Hey bros. One month into my very first cycle. I would say it's going okay, at best, some of which is my fault and some just bad luck. Definitely learning some things along the way. Anyway, I started pinning 300mg a week and was feeling fine. About two weeks in, my dick completely stopped working, I was insanely fatigued, joint pain, weakness. My lifts were decent, I would say maybe 5% more power than normal (I think it was mostly the Anavar at this point). I got a little concerned, talked to my bodybuilder buddy and he thought I was crashing my estrogen with the AI so I stopped completely for two weeks. I started feeling better for a period of time but my nipples started getting sensitive, had a lot of water retention and a few other symptoms. I figured my estrogen was high at this point but I waited to do bloods as I wanted to see what my estradiol would be at if I used no AIs. Well as you can see from the bloods, it was high indeed. I got back onto the AIs at 5mg EOD. Nipple sensitivity went away and I'm feeling better overall again. I will post bloods with questions, progress pic, and lifts. Please provide any input you may have, even if not directed at my questions.

1) Is this a normal test number for someone pinning 300mg a week? It seems to be on the high end of a TRT dose and I'm only doing a 10 week cycle. Is my body just not reacting to the test as well or is it possibly the quality of the actual product? The only thing I notice is that after pinning, the area is sore for at least 5 days. I've tried both quads and glutes and same issue. I also don't really "feel" like I'm on steroids if that makes sense. If anything, I felt more of that when I was on Anavar. I am definitely gaining size but my power still feels pretty much the same (maybe 5% more as mentioned earlier). I still haven't exceeded my natural numbers in any of the main lifts. I'd like to bump my dose up to 500mg a week and see how I feel (also I miscalculated and ordered WAY more test than I actually need).

2) anything else of concern here? I'm aware that cholesterol gets screwed up on cycle so I'm assuming this is normal?

3) IGF 1 of 362. I was surprised to see this number because I thought the HGH I got was bad product. I started with an HGH dose of 2 IUs a day but honestly my recovery this entire month feels the same as natty or possibly even worse which has got me confused. I literally felt 3x better when just on Anavar and MK677 in terms of recovery. However, I will say that my skin does feel better and I haven't had any major breakouts which I definitely thought I would have being on test. My sleep has gotten noticeably better though so that's been a major improvement.

4) And now for the possible wrench in the entire system. My Monocytes and Eosinophils are elevated. While on cycle, I've caught two minor bugs and also had Blastocystis Hominis (parasitic infection in the digestive tract) which had me on the toilet frequently for at least a week. I don't get sick often and have never had a parasite so this is either bad luck or my body isn't agreeing with this stuff, or a combination of both haha.

4) Estradiol of 172. I'm aware that's very high. Part of this was experimenting and now that I know how my body reacts to the test, what low estrogen and high estrogen feels like, I'll be better off in the long run and can adjust my dosages accordingly. I've already started taking the AI again and will do bloods for testosterone and estradiol in about 3 weeks and go from there. I saw a formula that stated you multiply test x .004 x 10 and that will give you an estradiol number that is okay. In my particular case, it would be 44. I know it's higher than the range but if test is elevated, I'm assuming estrogen can also be slightly elevated as there needs to be some kind of ratio between the two. Thoughts?


5) Anything else y'all see that should be addressed?

This first month was a little rough for multiple reasons. I'm starting to feel good again and I think this next month or two should go pretty smooth and where I make the majority of my gains.

6) Currently sitting at 261, up from 250 at around the same body fat. My diet, cardio, training are all pretty much the same. I backed off the cardio a tiny bit while being sick. I'd like to bring my body fat down to the point where I have a six pack. Do you guys think this is a good time to do that? If so, what should I change to accomplish that? Or should I just keep packing on the weight and cut after the cycle?

Nice log. Also I agree with roidrage - that many exercises is just so much. If it works for you it works for you - but I used to do 4 sets of maybe 7-8 exercises for a long time and saw huge progress when I went down to 4 sets of 5 exercises, 2-3 focused on compound lift. Your body can't grow if you don't give it a chance to recover properly. Quality of reps and technique gets poorer the longer the workout too due to fatigue.
 
261 and you are pretty lean. That is very impressive. Why weren't you a tight end in the NFL with those stats?

@bigblue1377 many things we need to address like your ALT AST are you taking organ liver support like n2guard?

and why did you back off the cardio? with your cholesterol numbers you should boost cardio

and we need to get at least weekly updates from you bro diet training come on
