yes you need n2guard
yes you need more cardio
Got to have a healthy body.

Anytime your liver values are too high, that's a red flag. That something is wrong.

If your heart and liver are no good, that means you're the kidneys are no good too.

I would up your cardio and also get on n2guard asap

Every test test is a little different. That particular one from Quest seems, just from casual data collection, to be pretty close to normal for 300 mg. It avoids a lot of the interference issues from assay tests, but as to which is actually correct, I have no idea. What brand of testosterone are you taking? I can say that I am taking just a bit more than that, from a vial I have had blind tested, and my test is a bit higher on the same Quest test, but the ratios are not completely out of proportion. There is definitely an individual reaction between injected test and blood test that will change the ratio a bit from person to person.

nice work here bro

261 and you are pretty lean. That is very impressive. Why weren't you a tight end in the NFL with those stats?
Haha actually I've had a huge love for sports but when I immigrated from another country, parents didn't have money to pay for any programs and I had to work construction during my teens to help support the family.
260 and lean is impressive, you gonna compete?
Nope. Had an injury when I was young that's always affected my symmetry enough to where I don't even consider it as an option.

I took Anavar at 20mg ED as a kickstart for one month and completed these labs a few days after my last dose. According to the research I've done, Anavar raises ALT and AST levels so this is likely the culprit. According to the article, enyzmes returned to normal 17 to 22 days later. Here's the article if people are interested: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1959346/

Cardio was backed off to 30 minutes vs 60 as I was just physically unable to do any more after my lifts during the two weeks that I was feeling sick.

I have several bottles of N2Guard on hand as I plan on taking them during and post cycle. I've been taking 7 caps ED.

Tudca makes a huge difference. I’ve always had liver values on the higher part of the normal range, but since adding it in, I am at low normal.
