Anytime your liver values are too high, that's a red flag. That something is wrong.

Tudca makes a huge difference. I’ve always had liver values on the higher part of the normal range, but since adding it in, I am at low normal.I took Anavar at 20mg ED as a kickstart for one month and completed these labs a few days after my last dose. According to the research I've done, Anavar raises ALT and AST levels so this is likely the culprit. According to the article, enyzmes returned to normal 17 to 22 days later. Cardio was backed off to 30 minutes vs 60 as I was just physically unable to do any more after my lifts during the two weeks that I was feeling sick.
