Also this is my third week of pinning 500mg a week and I would say last week was my first week of actually feeling like I was "on gear." Feeling really solid with my workouts lately.
nice work on diet

@bigblue1377 you'll be on gear for at least 2-3 weeks it will be in the system
you doing PCT or TRT after cycle?

thats high carbs especially on white rice, you got updated pics?

white rice a bit too much. why not brown rice? healthier
I actually switch it up to quinoa/brown rice mixture and shoot for the same amount of carbs about half the time. The white rice was in my previous meal so I just listed that again as it was easier haha.

I'm doing PCT after the cycle. My current plan was to do 10 weeks. Do you guys think I should stick with that or stretch it out to 12 weeks?

Also will post an updated pic

350 grams of carbs and 70 grams of fat. how do you like it?
It's been working great. I tried low carb a few times and my workouts suffered tremendously. I feel great on these macros. Energy is steady, workouts are killer, and I'm losing fat every week.

Here's almost 10 weeks in. 263 pounds. Body fat is not the most accurate as I use a machine at the gym but my first reading was around 14.5% and this one was at 11.8%. If a real test were done I'd say my initial body fat was around 20% and my current is around 17%. Also this pic was taken post workout with a pump and my previous were not.

looks great man isn't it amazing what kind of progress you're making
I would say you're probably around 15 percent body fat but hard to say just based on that one picture
