Still waiting brother…… 60 mins or 60 days
We have vendors here that can get your parcel delivered in a few days tops,that have quality gear,that won't treat you like a fucking idiot,that will reply promptly.get a refund bro and choose a better lab.wont post other labs here on his thread but he can do better ,just doesn't try too.
 
Not quite the same situation but over the last month and and a half my order has been given three tracking numbers.

1st - was recieved after order placed over a month ago or so, remained pending until recently and has a package going to another state (probs just the old tracking number being reused.

2nd - was recieved more recently when you mentioned you were fixing up the back log a week a go or so, this one remains pending.

3rd - this one you provided last night and has yet to be updated in to the Auspost system.

Hey BBL, can you check your threema mate. I’ve been given the wrong tracking number. There are 3 members with the same tracking number.

@BigBoyLabs I didn’t DM you so this is all in the open and transparent for the Aussie EVO family.

Based on our reading of the situation, it looks like you took money for gear you didn’t have and strung the customers along. If we are incorrect, I will openly apologise, but this is what it looks like right now.

Therefore, You need to address each concern here in the open, especially why different guys got the same tracking, while why others are waiting for over a month for packages.

WARNING @BigBoyLabs - You have 72 hours to address all concerns; otherwise, we have to take action and remove your VIP status and suspend you.

Please take appropriate action to either:
A) send tracking numbers that are valid and fulfill all outstanding orders
B) refund all outstanding orders

Admittedly, we have had some backlogs but all have now been given the appropriate tracking or have a refund in progress.

If there are any individuals whom have not had their issues addressed please contact us via threema for a resolution.

We are also in discussions with the group who had duplicate trackers, and will return shortly on it.

Let us also take this time to remind you blokes that we remain closed to new orders until every one of the above is filled.

Also boys just as a bit of an FYI more than anything.

Auspost tracking numbers change the middle of the number rather than the end.

So if you do eye-ball a tracker and believe that it is similar or identical to another please do check it digit by digit.

Given the difference between Evo and Threema usernames we will first need to do a reconciliation between the two.

Thank you Eddie, we urge members to not simply focus on final 4 digits of trackers as this is not always what is changed.

Tracking issue is resolved and packs are all on route.

we admit that there have been some issues with our delivery time frames from time to time. We have put some new measures in place to avoid this moving forward for 2025. We are currently in the process of ironing out the kinks with this before we reopen the doors.

We apologize to all who have dealt with long waiting times. We will right the ship with sound procedural improvements moving forward. We value all Evo members and customers.

We will be announcing a few exciting ideas we have in the coming weeks exclusive to the Evo forum members.
