We would like to take this time to touch on a few things.
We have taken this small time away to put a few measures in place to address some reoccurring issues we have had surrounding the BBL team shipping procedures
Moving forward the BBL team have now implemented a new shipping procedure. Following this post, all orders placed & paid by 11am will come with same day postage guarantee. Tracking will be provided for orders after 7 days. This will be our key area of focus moving forward, as we are painfully aware that this is where we have dropped the ball in the past, due to being overwhelmed by orders.
Once this new procedure has been successfully rolled out, and we have proven to our valued customers that we are back. We will also be bringing some raffles/prizes exclusive to Evo as a way to give back and say thank you to this great community of blokes. We believe in bringing this community together, nurturing and supporting one another.
There will also be some upcoming announcements regarding logging opportunities which we are putting a lot of time and effort into at present.
We do understand 2024 was a bit hit and miss for us. However, 2025 is our year, we are motivated and focused to offer a much better service which is not only consistent but also timely.
A big thank you to everyone who has had patience with us and remained supportive throughout these somewhat tumultuous times. We assure everyone we will be doing better moving forward.
