Update:
I've been absent from logging for almost 3 weeks now. I haven't had the best time tbh. Had a recurrent tricep injury pop up that then snowballed into some general health issues (as a result of my spinal injury I can be susceptible to some chronic infections resulting in some prolonged antibiotic use). I have been active throughout tho, just not at the volume earlier. There were days where I rocked up at the gym and just went straight back home because I was feeling

.
Anyway, I am grateful that all that is behind me now, and I got back into the gym earlier this week and feeling good, strong and ready to get roaring again!
I feel like I've lost a bit of conditioning, but since my diet has been pretty stable, it hasn't been a huge setback. I was keeping up light cardio throughout the break, so my cardiovascular fitness is ok.
