Binge Eating on tren !! please help

hey, guys just want to know your feedback on this issue. I started a cutting cycle 5 weeks ago which includes test p tren a and winstrol. I'm really committed to the diet and cardio and I train pretty fuckin hard but the problem is that every couple of days I wake up at night and I binge on tons of junk food, I literally eat while I am sleeping with no conscience. My diet is pretty strict but I'm including about 30 g of carbs every meal last meal no carbs, doing 30 min of cardio post workout ed.
Can someone please help in this. thanks

Your sleep eating? Did I read that right? The only time I’ve heard of someone doing that is while taking some type of hypnotic like ambien. Sounds to me like you are to carb deficient. 30 min of cardio on top of your regular training ed with a glucose sucking androgen like tren will blow right through that amount of carbs. I would suggest increasing your carbs and try some natural honey before bed

yes man, I swear I eat while asleep. last night I wake up and found next to me an empty box of pizza which drives me crazy. I work hard all day then I fuck it up all night and I don't even enjoy what I eat cuz I'm not even conscious.

I can relate. I had the hardest time with late night snacking. My body was craving the carbohydrates and looking for that seretonin to sleep. I do a lot of endurance training and I was depleted. Replace the junk food with sensible options and make them readily available when you need them. It’s difficult with kids but I manage it. I would still suggest you increase your carbs during the day and try the natural honey before bed. Maybe even with some Greek yogurt. But in all seriousness you shouldn’t be doing anything while your asleep expect for sleeping. That could be a sign of a sleep disorder. Have you had these issues before?

no man i have never had problems with sleeping. I will try to up my daily carb intake and see if this gonna solve my problem. appreciate your help brotha
 
My recommendation is to meal prep, and not have any junk food in the house. For me at least I used to always crave junk food or think I did but in reality I would eat it since it was easily accesible to me. Got rid of all of it and meal prepped and whenever I didn't have time I didn't resort to junk food but a meal I had prepped or a small snack like a fruit, almonds or tuna and crackers.

Pfft. You started by saying 'I wake up at night and I binge on tons of junk food' and then it's changed a bit to sleep eating. As others say just don't have junk food in the house. Unless you're also 'sleep ordering over the phone and sleep paying the delivery guy too'.
