Blast & Cruise / TRT Advise

Hello all! So these questions may be a little convoluted and obviously can greatly vary based on the person but im hoping some of the experts could chime in to point me in the right direction.

I am on week 11 of a test 500 / Tren 100 50MG var (6wk) cycle. I know im reaching a limit on how long its generally advisable to run these compounds without a break.

I have made great strength gains and dropped quite a bit fat however I a feel like I am just starting to near my goals - especially in regards to getting lean for summer.

This is my 5th cycle - prior to this cycle I had my reproductive health tested and im still in good standing. I have never done a "blast and cruise" type deal - always cycled off.

Here are my questions:

1. Would it make sense to remain on a maintenance dose of test while I continue focusing on fat loss if I hope to introduce some other compounds in the near future as opposed to cycling off?

2. Whats the optimal amount of time I should give my body a rest from other compounds (except maintenance test) before considering starting something else?

3. While on this cycle or on a maintenance dose of test - which indicators on bloodwork will tell me if its best to cycle off completely, do TRT or introduce other compounds?

4. Generally speaking - how much more destructive to the reproductive system would a blast and cruise cycle like this be then cycling off and back on in a few months? I would like to maintain fertility

5. Any other general tips for hyper focusing on getting down bf while maintaining gains.

(note - I havent experienced any significant side effects on this cycle with the exception of of course the tren night sweats).

@Radjabber welcome back :D to the EVO family. I'd like to see your current LOG before we make comments on this in detail.

You're on week 11 of this cycle, you can go to week 14 easy without much of an issue.
If you want REAL answers, we need you to start a LOG asap for us, we waited last time but you didnt start a log.

Start a log for the closer of the cycle week 11-15 and we will guide you into self TRT from it.
Start a NEW thread with your cycle log, share training diet sleep history and supps and we guide you forward. It will take around 15min to write and 5min weekly to update.

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@Radjabber bro tren night sweats part of the game but i'm glad you doing it.
you need tren as base on every cycle. you can switch to sports trt if you want
 
If fertility is important, do not stay on test. Do your PCT after ypur cycle and recover. The longer you stay on the more detrimental to your fertility

@Radjabber if you stay on maintenance test then expect to be on forever. you should cycle off otherwise. your reproductive system won't last if you stay on more then 20 weeks

@Radjabber The truth is, you can't have your cake and eat it too. If you don't want to become suppressed and shut yourself down potentially forever and kill your fertility, you need to be cycling steroids, 10 or 12 weeks on and off.

@Radjabber welcome my man. i love that you are asking a lot of questions.

the way this works though is when you go on any hormones you will get suppressed. there is no way to offset that aside from coming off completely
