34 Y/O, 245lbs, 15% BF
Hello all! So these questions may be a little convoluted and obviously can greatly vary based on the person but im hoping some of the experts could chime in to point me in the right direction.
I am on week 11 of a test 500 / Tren 100 50MG var (6wk) cycle. I know im reaching a limit on how long its generally advisable to run these compounds without a break.
I have made great strength gains and dropped quite a bit fat however I a feel like I am just starting to near my goals - especially in regards to getting lean for summer.
This is my 5th cycle - prior to this cycle I had my reproductive health tested and im still in good standing. I have never done a "blast and cruise" type deal - always cycled off.
Here are my questions:
1. Would it make sense to remain on a maintenance dose of test while I continue focusing on fat loss if I hope to introduce some other compounds in the near future as opposed to cycling off?
2. Whats the optimal amount of time I should give my body a rest from other compounds (except maintenance test) before considering starting something else?
3. While on this cycle or on a maintenance dose of test - which indicators on bloodwork will tell me if its best to cycle off completely, do TRT or introduce other compounds?
4. Generally speaking - how much more destructive to the reproductive system would a blast and cruise cycle like this be then cycling off and back on in a few months? I would like to maintain fertility
5. Any other general tips for hyper focusing on getting down bf while maintaining gains.
(note - I havent experienced any significant side effects on this cycle with the exception of of course the tren night sweats).
