I take 200mg test e split 2 doses a week which has me sitting at around 900 pmol/L free test and 37.1 testosterone for about 2 years I’m 41. Haven’t had my bloods done for about 6 months going to get them done soon. I self diagnosed a few years back due low test symptoms got tested and was 312 pmol/L wasn’t low enough for doctors prescription but was definitely suffering. Started my own journey and it changed everything 👌

Considering ramping it up for a while now just to see what happens as never done a higher dose but never had to use Ai before and not really sure on dosages etc.

Ps have experimented with a bit of tren before I liked it but not sure if it’s something I want to be doing often due to the health side of it
@Natesdogz you know the issue with testosterone is its hard to guess this stuff bro ;)
like to ramp up without ai can be dangerous but ai abuse can be just as bad
the issues are with diet training sleep and more

Low body fat I’d say around 10% haven’t been tested but very lean abs etc
Trt 2 years test e, numbers are above
Usual supps protein, creatine etc
Multivitamins, fish oil, magnesium, vitamin c, vitamin b3s plenty water
I train 4 days a week
back/ bis
Chest/ tris
Legs
Shoulder/traps
And core workout at home twice a week
Don’t do cardio but I’m a tradie very active about 15k steps per day 5 days a week

Not sure what I want to do to step up the cycle but obviously want to get bigger so I can scare my daughters boyfriends away 😆

My first was 300mg Test, then 500Test and 320 Deca, now 500sus and 400 mast. First two cycles also had anavar and proviron, this current one has tbol.
300mg - didn't need AI.
the other cycles i took half an aromasin twice a week and it kept my e2 in check.
 
Also nutrition is clean 2600 calories just coming off a cut hitting my macros 40/40/20

Sleep could definitely be better but it’s difficult with 4am wake ups and 4 kids. I get a solid 6 hours a night though

I was thinking of going to 300 mg but don’t want to without an ai just incase and no knowledge of how to use an ai either, a mate of mine who has been using for some time was suggesting to keep test as it is and stack in some primo in hopes to not need ai but just hoping for some more guidance from others. I did however about a year back stack in some tren at 300mg a week from memory and handled it ok. Can’t remember whether it was tren a or e it was the shorter ester one
 
prob tren a then thats the short ester. I haven't done Tren.

Primo or EQ will keep your E2 down but the bets way to know is start at a lower dose but keep test higher than primo - then take bloods and adjust

Due to go and get bloodwork done soon I’ll get that done and it seems primo might be the go to I seen somewhere else 100mg a good place to start. Tren was ok felt really good in the gym and didn’t get to angry like everyone says I used it while I was cutting to try maintain size so didn’t add much size. Didn’t loose any strength on lower calories actually got stronger which is what I wanted so it did what it was meant to do 🙌
 
I split mine to 3 times a week at 100mg and short ester incase it didn’t agree with me it would leave the system quickly can’t afford to get to angry with 4 kids my patience is thin enough 😂
