Low body fat I’d say around 10% haven’t been tested but very lean abs etc

Usual supps protein, creatine etc
Multivitamins, fish oil, magnesium, vitamin c, vitamin b3s plenty water
I train 4 days a week
back/ bis
Chest/ tris
Legs
Shoulder/traps
And core workout at home twice a week
Don’t do cardio but I’m a tradie very active about 15k steps per day 5 days a week
Not sure what I want to do to step up the cycle but obviously want to get bigger so I can scare my daughters boyfriends away
