Blending multiple foods in shake

Is food less bio available after putting it in a blender? Blending my food in a shake makes it easier for me to reach my daily calories. For example, in the morning, I drink 2 cups of almond milk, two servings of almond butter, some creatine two servings of cream of rice and egg whites. It’s a lot faster and easier for me if I throw it all into a blender. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the blender, I don’t know if I would be able to do it consume half what I do bow. Someone told me I need to be cooking and eating all my food individually and blending it makes it less bio available and it’s a waist. Sounds like some bs to me what do you guys think

here is the problem with blending up many foods

each food requires different enzymes to process them in the body
ever notice when you drink one of these blends you get a weird stomach feeling? that is why

your body doesn't want this stress
this is why single ingredient whole foods are the best for the gut

in nature when an animal finds food they aren't finding 50 things at once, they are finding 1 thing at once to eat. that is just how it goes

I have some permanent damage to my digestive system and basically can’t tolerate fibre now, I pretty much live off egg smoothies, you’ll be fine.

Slightly off in that this would be still be true if it was 'whole food' vs blended. But on the other hand it is over processing and the less processed the better

I had a seriously bad reaction to a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug called “Meloxicam” I think was called, caused a bunch of internal bleeding and I have never been the same. A couple years after that I got Clostridium Dificile, twice back to back and it nearly killed me flat, I was just absolutely fucked after that. Have had an FMT (fecal microbiota transplant) back in 2018. Before the FMT I was way worse than now, after Clostridium Dificile I was totally de-conditioned I’d lost 35kgs in weeks, looked really thin in an unhealthy way and I just couldn’t put weight back on or gain back all the muscle I lost. Injured my hip and prolapsed a disc in my back while I was like this as just couldn’t adapt to being as weak as I was. The FMT changed all that though, in just a couple months after it my whole body composition changed and I was able to put muscle back on again. The doctor that gave me the FMT therapy explained that if you don’t have a gut biome anymore then you also can’t really produce testosterone properly either and was why I couldn’t gain my weight back, was basically what Clostridium Dificile and the treatment I got for it did to me. Had never heard about gut biome having anything to do with testosterone before that gastro specialist.

Two buddies of mine have issues (one is Crones and the other Colitis). GH helps LOADS
Yep I’m absolutely sold on it and I’ve only so far tried growth hormone secreting peptides, but have a solid source for actual HGH now, just need to order and get on it. The peptides helped quite a bit, am on CJC1295/GHRP6 at the moment and also BPC-157, which has also been really good for my autoimmune stuff. Unfortunately lost enough blood to need an iron infusion again so was on the phone to my doctor this morning, she was just confirming my iron is fucked but she checked my c reactive protein I think is called as well and was so low this time she was like what the actual fuck have you been doing and I explained is the BPC-157.

One of my buddies mentioned above has long been arguing about the various forms of therapy the NHS will put forward. GH is off the table (expense) and others can mess with your blood values. But, as he says, if you're already fkin ill your values will be off and it ought to be a quality of life (not feeling like dog shit and being so fkin grumpy the kids avoid you) vs knocking a few years off and shitty blood values. Plus he trains and is on point nutritionally so is still better off etc etc than a typical patient.

And, of course ALL our approved sources sell GH - PSL, NapsGear and UGFreak
