Hello. I had a doc apt the other day and she was telling me to watch out for my blood pressure . I was hoping some vets hopefully older ones would chime in on this . I'm 35 running 500mg test c a week and 12.5 ed of aromasin. As of now still very early in this cycle. My bp is good knock on wood. But my doc said just about every patient she had on test ran into a bp issue. Is this that common? If so what do in the case of bp spike ?

bro bp issues are serious...and can be bad for health...you should use some n2guard...it helps with bp...

It's a good idea to take N2 guard and even do at least a min cardio on cycle as well as keeping your BF in check. The heart is our most important muscle and most of us neglect it.

Lol. I'm running a support. I understand how important the heart is . I was asking how common it is for bp spikes on test?

Personally I think most BP issues are related to spikes in estrogen...at least mine have been. Excess estrogen causes adrenaline ****es in me something fierce, leading to increased heart rate and high BP...when I have E in check, never have any issues, BP always normal, never any adrenaline ****es, heart rate low

Big thing for us Older Guys on Cycle is Sodium Intake.
I'm surprised that your Doctor didn't mention this.
Track your Sodium and you can control your BP..................................... JP
P.S.
I use Myfitnesspal to not only track my Macros, but to also track my Sugar and especially my Sodium.
You would be Very Surprised at what can Lurk in certain foods.
This will also make you much more aware of how to eat when you're out at a restaurant.

Have there been any scientific studies done on N2guard that prove its effectiveness at keeping blood pressure levels normal?

I am not sure about N2Guard itself, but I am sure about its ingredients - all of them have been proven to be effective at what they do. So basically, we can say that yes, it has been scientifically proven.

Besides, I don't need scientific proofs, when I have personally seen lots of my clients getting real results, backed by blood reading and other tests.

I've had BP issues, though it varies between good and bad. Aside from N2Guard, I'd suggest olive leaf extract.
Also, not sure if your cycle gives you erectile issues, but if so, you could also address both issues with some Cialis.
