Blood test result question

Hello guys

As you aware I been away for a while . Anyway juice free for nearly 4 years . Blood results came back .

LH: 12.0 U/L ( 2.0 - 9.0 ) H
REPRODUCTIVE HORMONES:

Testosterone: 10.6 nmol/L ( 8.7 - 29.0 )

Looks like my testes are not working properly my LH levels are high ? He said to get more test ing and he will refer me to an endocrinologist. What does High level of LH mean ? I’m 37 years old btw

@Dog123 Nothing too serious, I suspected you had low testosterone and I wouldn’t sweat LH, could be just a bad day
Seems with your test levels TRT only option

Yes your test is on the low side, but root cause? hard to guess without a full log

High LH is somewhat normal when coming off TRT. The negative feedback loop that is when we produce test, signals LH from the hypothalamus, due to the testicles not responding to the stimulus of LH, it’s not converting to test in the testies. Hence why you have high LH and low test. It’s like having high GH levels but low IGF1.

think about why LH would be high. your pituitary glands are working over time to pump it out, but your nuts aren't functioning well right now. you can take some herbals like hcgenerate and that will help your nuts work better and be able to absorb that LH, then the LH levels will come back down to earth and you achieve balance

overall its a good sign, the pituitary glands are g2g.

They are. It's still in range - just the low end

the big danger with steroid use is the risk to your HPTA.

it is quite normal to get dysfunction and things may never be 100% back to normal.

best thing to do from here is get on a strong test booster and see if you can get your test up and LH down to normal.

You can get blood work, every 3 months and post it up and we can see the changes

Your hormones are still a little bit off and they mean, never go back to normal and that's okay.

You can still cycle steroids here and there and then eventually go to trt route and another 5 or 10 years.
