By any chance did you get your Thyroid Checked ?
Also, do your have your Estradiol or E-2 values ?
As those #'s along with these, would be more Informative.

Also, what's your Weight/Height and approximate Body Fat %.

Your Total Test is far from Optimum for a Man of your Age.

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin is also High, and Free Test is Low.
Which makes Perfect Sense ~ as SHBG binds to Free Test making it unavailable.

Alot of times, making adjustments in Diet and Improving Insulin Sensitivity.
Can reverse all of these Issues............................................... JP
P.S.
Watch your Sugar Consumption, and start Drinking Green Tea without Sweetener or Cream.
I have a feeling your entire Diet needs a Revamping.

I didnt test estrogen but thyriod is:
TSH 2.76 MIU/L
FREE T3 5.2 PMOL/L
FREE T4 13.0 PMOL/L

My weight is 194 pounds
Height 178 cm
Body fat 9%

I am going to change my diet now and see what happens.

I must say i have symptoms of liw testosterone.
Low libido
No drive
Depressed

A change in Diet should also help your Thyroid.
Eating more Fermented Foods ~ Eliminating Sugar ~ Lots of Steamed Vegetables, not Raw.

Also, Eliminating Grains that contain Gluten/or Corn.
So No ~ Bagels/Pasta/Cereals/Pastries.
No Alcohol.

Read All Food Labels to avoid Hidden Products like High-Fructose Corn Syrup or HFCS.
If you stick with Whole Foods, in a couple of weeks, you should notice some improvement............................ JP

You reealy need to get a full panel when you get blood work brother. So many of the values help determine why you might have one certain symptom, or what you need to do to correct it. Hemo is a big one. This tells you about your TBC and if you might have a predetermined clotting issue. If you do, AAS and diet it taking meds for this will only exacerbate the issue. Your E2 is also just as important. Keeping this in control will help keep Gyno away along with other sides.

I agree 100% with JP. Your blood work results are not bad, but they aren't great either. You will be able to improve them significantly through improving your diet alone.

Stick with whole, unprocessed, natural foods. Food preservatives and additives are estrogenic in the body and will lower testosterone levels. Base your diet around single ingredient foods like chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, nuts, seeds etc.

I always tell people "if god made it, it's good for you. If it comes in a box, changes are there are better options".

You need to run a more complete hormone panel, since all hormones are inter-related, and you can't judge just by one hormone. You should also be aware of LH, FSH, estradiol, prolactin, etc. All these hormones will make a complete picture for you, and you will be able to plan your actions accordingly.
