Hey guys I hope you are well.
Earlier this year I commenced my first anabolic steroid cycle after training naturally for several years.
I have been training consistently since I was 16 and just wanted to get past my natural limit. I had thought about trying anabolics for a long time but managed to hold off until this year. I ran a 12 week long cycle.
I began with 200 test e and 200 mast E for the first 4 weeks of my cycle.
5 weeks into my cycle I increased the dosage to 250 test e 250 mast E and added in NPP at 100mg. I would Inject twice per week on Sunday and Thursday.
Overall I had a good experience being an enhanced lifter. I had always been fascinated by the pharmacological aspect of bodybuilding and it felt good to talk to other enhanced bodybuilders and learn about their experiences using certain compounds. I gained a good amount of strength from my cycle however I did not put on the amount of muscle that I thought I would. I grew but my first cycle humbled me and made me realise Anabolics while effective are not a magic pill. You still need to put in the work to achieve the results.
My pct protocol cosisted of Nolva and clomid
Clomid at 50mg EOD
20 MG nolva Everday I ran my PCT for 6 weeks. I got blood work 6 weeks after completing PCT.
I got blood work done recently and my Testosterone is very low. My LH and FSH have been crashed. I am debating implementing a new PCT protocol that my friend has recommended. My friend has suggested implementing a PCT protocol including HCG to restore my normal test levels.
PCT protocol that I am considering running
First 2 weeks
50 Clomid per day
40 Nolva per day.
1000 IU of HCG 3 times per week
week 3 and 4 25mg Clomid
20 mg nolva
and 500IU HCG on Monday and Friday.
end of PCT week 5
10MG nolva per day.
What are your thoughts on this protocol do you think it would be likely to restore my natural testosterone production? I have experienced side effects as a result of my low test such as brain fog, irritability and increased anxiety. I don't believe I have lost much muscle as my strength has remained close to what it was on the cycle.
Do you think I should PCT even if I want to cycle again or should I just consider running TRT with HCG. I love bodybuilding and enjoy being enhanced. I am 26 years old and feel that I still have gains left in the tank. I want to go about this in the healthiest way possible. I don't want to jeopardise other aspects of my life just to achieve more muscle. I would like to have a family later in life if I can.
Current training regime.
I am still working out 6 days per week following a push-pull legs routine and implementing 20 minutes of cardio post-workout after each session. I have not noticed much muscle loss or fat gain since being off gear. As a result of the low testosterone, I have been experiencing increased levels of anxiety. I already had anxiety since I was a kid however I believe the low test has exacerbated my anxiety as a result other aspects of my life outside the gym seem more difficult for me.
In regards to my diet, I have still been eating clean mostly out of habit.
Meal 1- 1 cup of oats- 1 cup of blueberries. 2 cups almost milk and 2 scoops of whey protein isolate.
Meal 2- 2 whole meal grilled chicken wraps. 200 grams of chicken with salad and low-fat cheese.
meal 3- chicken salad 200 grams of chicken with a range of vegetable lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and capsicum. I use low-calorie ketup on my salad.
meal 4 post-workout 1 cup of oats-2 scoops of whey protein isolate and Fruit.
Height and Weight 6ft1 175lbs.
I have provided pictures of my blood work results.
I know that I will never be a pro bodybuilder but I just love the lifestyle I love being in the gym. The gym has helped me with all aspects of my life and I never want to stop training.
I look forward to hearing your suggestions/ advice and how I can recover and start to feel like myself again.
Thank you for reading my post.
