Hey guys I hope you are well.
Earlier this year I commenced my first anabolic steroid cycle after training naturally for several years.

I have been training consistently since I was 16 and just wanted to get past my natural limit. I had thought about trying anabolics for a long time but managed to hold off until this year. I ran a 12 week long cycle.

I began with 200 test e and 200 mast E for the first 4 weeks of my cycle.

5 weeks into my cycle I increased the dosage to 250 test e 250 mast E and added in NPP at 100mg. I would Inject twice per week on Sunday and Thursday.

Overall I had a good experience being an enhanced lifter. I had always been fascinated by the pharmacological aspect of bodybuilding and it felt good to talk to other enhanced bodybuilders and learn about their experiences using certain compounds. I gained a good amount of strength from my cycle however I did not put on the amount of muscle that I thought I would. I grew but my first cycle humbled me and made me realise Anabolics while effective are not a magic pill. You still need to put in the work to achieve the results.

My pct protocol cosisted of Nolva and clomid
Clomid at 50mg EOD
20 MG nolva Everday I ran my PCT for 6 weeks. I got blood work 6 weeks after completing PCT.

I got blood work done recently and my Testosterone is very low. My LH and FSH have been crashed. I am debating implementing a new PCT protocol that my friend has recommended. My friend has suggested implementing a PCT protocol including HCG to restore my normal test levels.

PCT protocol that I am considering running
First 2 weeks
50 Clomid per day
40 Nolva per day.
1000 IU of HCG 3 times per week

week 3 and 4 25mg Clomid
20 mg nolva
and 500IU HCG on Monday and Friday.

end of PCT week 5
10MG nolva per day.

What are your thoughts on this protocol do you think it would be likely to restore my natural testosterone production? I have experienced side effects as a result of my low test such as brain fog, irritability and increased anxiety. I don't believe I have lost much muscle as my strength has remained close to what it was on the cycle.

Do you think I should PCT even if I want to cycle again or should I just consider running TRT with HCG. I love bodybuilding and enjoy being enhanced. I am 26 years old and feel that I still have gains left in the tank. I want to go about this in the healthiest way possible. I don't want to jeopardise other aspects of my life just to achieve more muscle. I would like to have a family later in life if I can.

Current training regime.
I am still working out 6 days per week following a push-pull legs routine and implementing 20 minutes of cardio post-workout after each session. I have not noticed much muscle loss or fat gain since being off gear. As a result of the low testosterone, I have been experiencing increased levels of anxiety. I already had anxiety since I was a kid however I believe the low test has exacerbated my anxiety as a result other aspects of my life outside the gym seem more difficult for me.

In regards to my diet, I have still been eating clean mostly out of habit.

Meal 1- 1 cup of oats- 1 cup of blueberries. 2 cups almost milk and 2 scoops of whey protein isolate.

Meal 2- 2 whole meal grilled chicken wraps. 200 grams of chicken with salad and low-fat cheese.

meal 3- chicken salad 200 grams of chicken with a range of vegetable lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and capsicum. I use low-calorie ketup on my salad.

meal 4 post-workout 1 cup of oats-2 scoops of whey protein isolate and Fruit.

Height and Weight 6ft1 175lbs.

I have provided pictures of my blood work results.

I know that I will never be a pro bodybuilder but I just love the lifestyle I love being in the gym. The gym has helped me with all aspects of my life and I never want to stop training.

I look forward to hearing your suggestions/ advice and how I can recover and start to feel like myself again.
Thank you for reading my post.

No one can answer this, it may come back in a couple of months or not at all. This is risk we take when starting PEDs. Read the prefect pct on here and do again get some bloods done and see if there is an improvement. Maybe you one of the unlucky ones and trt is only opinion.

so a few points.

1. i wish you had listened to my podcasts on what pct is and what is all about. i would listen to that
2. never listen to 'friends' when it comes to this stuff. your friend is wrong
3. you never use hcg in pct because although i'm sure your friend used it and he felt better, it will only set you back because it is SUPPRESSIVE
4. understand what pct is. pct doesn't kickstart your hpta, prime your balls or any other bro science nonsense. the purpose is to give you a soft landing
5. in this case your pct is wrong from start to finish. way too much clomid and nolva. so of course you feel like ass. if you are going to use both you need to run them at sensible dosages. 12.5mg clomid and 10mgs nolva max per day and even that is high. and you MUST stack in a very strong T booster to offset any side effects of these drugs.
6. it will take you 2x the amount of time you were on steroids to recover. and that doesn't count the ester clearance. so run a correct pct and be patient. your body will bounce back

sounds like PCT did not go as planned or something

Yeah I haven’t been able to recover. I’ve felt horrible over the past few weeks
Bro please try the PCT outlined here and log it with us this time as you go.

Also, eat red meat, make sure to get some of your fat from red meat. You need it to support your hormone production, also whole eggs. Work those into your diet in the highest amount you can, you need to supply the building blocks for your body to replenish hormones.

What kind of multi vitamin are you on? Is quicker to just use one for now while your diet isn’t optimised for micro nutrient content.

Don’t give up bro, you’ve only gone through one failed PCT, more things to try yet.

How long do you think it would take for me to regain my natural test levels? Do you think I should consider TRT given that I love working out and still would like to be bigger?

Bro this is a very personal decision. The lads here do care and will help you with whatever you choose.

If you go the TRT route, just understand that’s a forever thing, you are young, it will effect the way you live your life going forward.

If you keep trying to get your own production going again, it will be a bit of a struggle and no one can guarantee exactly how it will go in terms of success, but it is worth a really good effort in my opinion due to your age.

I think I need to remind you also, that Steroids aren’t the only PEDs. For sure they are the best for hypertrophy, but performance enhancement is not at all limited to that. If you manage to get stable off steroids, there are still loads of stacks of PEDs you could use, and not run into this problem. Is not like you will get cut off from PEDs by choosing to restart your natural production again. Something to consider.

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you it's just that I also have anxiety and I know that TRT may increase my sense of wellbeing and productivity outside of the gym. I am still young but I take bodybuilding seriously. I fell in love with the gym when I first began training at 16 years of age. Nothing has changed almost 10 years later.

I was thinking if I can achieve the test levels I had before cycling then maybe I could experiment with Sarms to help me maintain a lean physique while adding a bit more size. My genetics aren't good for gaining muscle but I feel I have a decent base of mass given that I have been consistent with my training since I began working out. I opt for a lower-fat diet because High cholesterol runs in my family but will look at adding in more healthy fats. I generally just eat a lot of lean proteins - chicken breast- tuna and whey protein. I get lots of fruits and vegetables to ensure that I am full and can adhere to my diet without cravings.

I am planning to use Cardarine and MK677 as a part of my pct protocol. I am looking forward to experimenting with Cardarine as I love doing cardio year-round just makes me feel amazing.

Whichever route you choose, make sure you log it on here and we will be with you the whole way 👍

Keeping highly detailed logs is the best method for you to optimise your training and diet. You will be surprised how quickly it can transform training and diet, gets them dialled in really quickly. Having extra people give input on it just speeds it up even more.

Thanks, bro. I love chatting with people who share my passion for the gym and pharmacology. I will continue to think about what avenue I want to go down and create a detailed log when I commence PCT.

What are your thoughts on using MK677, cardarine and osterine as apart of my PCT? I am currently working around an injury I have tricep tendonitis in my right arm. I am using BPC 157 to recover the injury. I used antiinflammatories to bring down the inflammation in the area my recovery has been going well I am still able to push good weight on my push days. I was thinking MK677 would work well with BPC 157 to facilitate the healing of my elbow tendon.

what are your thoughts?

don't hop on TRT
guys like me and mobster are both still cycling steroids and we are doing great.

had we hopped on trt at your age where would we be today? you think we would be further along ? not likely. at best a wash. so in the mean time we conserved our HPTA's

as i said above you haven't even given your body any opportunity to come back your only mistake was listening to a friend and running a shitty PCT. high doses of clomid and nolva without a test booster will likely make a person feel like shit. it's literally the way they work at blocking estrogen from feedbacking that makes you feel like crap.

Thank you for reading my post.
@gunelanie4987 first its a good start you started this log, though i want to point out that in July 2023 you had a thread up and we asked you to do a log: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/first-testosterone-masteron-cycle.90022/
you didnt do it and now you're in this mess, which isnt a surprise

lets start with day to day issues
diet, we need to know if you eating this daily aka EVERY day same or mods to this? seems like fruit in meal 4 as example what fruit? blueberries and how much or 10 oranges? details matter
on training, we need to see your exercises sets reps and weights, yes training IS important for recovery
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

now your lab tests
first they are horrible but we can fix it

@stevesmi made a good point on your issue with hcg here
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...e-crashed-testosterone-log.96758/post-1439304

Your new pCT should be this, and if you dont plan to do this right, expect TRT for LIFE
this pct is custom for you and not a joke, you need to dedicate yourself to 8 week PCT full

week 1-2
500 IUs of HCG mon/wed/fri
60mgs nolvadex ed
50mgs clomid ed (expect to be emotional)
20mgs cardarine gw ED (lower cortisol)
7caps n2guard ed (organ liver support for proper recovery)

week 3-4
40mgs nolvadex ed
25mgs clomid ed (expect to be emotional)
10mgs cardarine gw ED (lower cortisol)
5caps n2guard ed (organ liver support for proper recovery)
5 caps HCGenerate ed (test booster with fadogia base will recover your nuts)

week 5-6
20mgs nolvadex ed
12.5mgs clomid ed (expect to be emotional)
5mgs cardarine gw ED (lower cortisol)
3caps n2guard ed (organ liver support for proper recovery)
5 caps HCGenerate ed (test booster with fadogia base will recover your nuts)

week 7-8
10mgs nolvadex ed
5mgs cardarine gw ED (lower cortisol)
3caps n2guard ed (organ liver support for proper recovery)
5 caps HCGenerate ed (test booster with fadogia base will recover your nuts)

How long do you think it would take for me to regain my natural test levels? Do you think I should consider TRT given that I love working out and still would like to be bigger?
At 26? C'mon

ugfreak.to has post cycle options for you
make sure you pick them up

you need to put up a log Journal
I gave up on post Cycle Therapy and I don't regret it one bit but I'm a professional bodybuilder who makes a living at it

I don't agree with monstro a lot
but he is right are you going to make a living in bodybuilding? If the answer is no then no reason to go on trt so young
