Blood work

hey guys,
im looking at getting bloods done soon to check my levels of everything and quality of gear.
Imedical has a pack where you can get 5 hormones tested. my question is what should i get tested.
i dont need livers, kidneys or cholesterol because my gp is doing them for me.

im gonna do estrogen of course, test as well.. should i get free test or total test?
im also taking small doses of deca and tren so should i get prolactin or progesterone?
im taking hgh so should i do the igf test for that or growth hormone test?

cycle:
eq400
test600
deca200
tren ace 35mg per week
aromasin 12.5mg ed
caber .5mg per week
hgh 4iu per day

my last question is when should i get the test in relation to my injections, particularly the test because im running test prop (long story as to why im running the long esters and test prop) but also the timing of the HGH and the blood test

here is a pic of what i can choose from

What you have checked looks good.

Just one question ~ is that Total Test ~ Serum or LC/MS-MS.

If it's Serum, it'll be capped @ 1,500 Ng/dl ~ which is useless for testing Gear Quality.

You need the LC/MS-MS Total Test, it's cap is 10,000 Ng/dl............................ JP

On cycle/blast timing of blood draw is not as important as with trt, but generally speaking with prop each pin will peak at around 40-48hrs, depending on how you metabolise it. Trt monitoring normally aims for a trough reading, which will end up being morning of your next pin (or as far away from your last pin as possible).

You didnt mention cbc, your doc doing that too? Id prioritise that over prolactin and free-t.

Idiot, mixed up my esters. Cyp is 48hr, prop is 14hr to peak.

Yes - you have checked the right options, so you are good to go with your bloodwork. However, I would not mix together trenbolone with deca, as both can raise your prolactin levels.

yeh i am aware, currently no issues with this small dose, bloods will confirm

Be careful of your prolactin levels if you are running Decca and tren together

ok so the timing of the oils doesent really matter, what about the hgh

Good point. But we are in Australia. We have very limited LCMS testing here unfortunately . Can be done in some states for e2. DHT gets done by this method. They wont do normal T levels by lcms regardless. Unfortunately not like the US where it is routine.
Having said this, some of our labs will give the uncapped total and free T result. Some cap the total T, some cap or wont do the free T calc. If we have the T, shbg and albumin we can calculate the free T for you. We have been doing for a while now so can navigate around the various labs to get the what we need.

If you can go to another lab that will do the Uncapped Total and Free T.
That's what you want to get done.

Cause the only way to check Gear Quality, is to get the Uncapped Total Test.

I was only on 200 Mg of Test C before my Hip Replacement.
I had to get Presurgical Bloodwork and My Doctor did the Standard Serum Total Test.
I came in over the Cap of 1,500 Ng/dl.................................... JP

Yep, agreed, need that uncapped result. We organise that here. A fair bit of trial and error with different labs. We originally thought they would be standardised. But no, they all do their own things and make their own rules. Some are just useless. We have spent a fair amount of effort sorting this all out for our customers/patients.

The only thing I would add is to get your thyroid levels checked - T3, T4 and TSH

Your thyroid regulates your metabolism. It's VERY important. A properly functioning thyroid is paramount to your fat loss and muscle building goals.

hey mate is thyroid able to be checked on any of your tests? or is it possible to include it on here?

Yes, easy. just choose one of the panels, click the 'click here to add extra tests' Just click on the letter group and a drop down menu with all the other tests becomes available. Just click what you want. When finished just add all to cart. Or you can just use the 'Build your own' panel. Play around. It is usually cheaper to choose a panel that has almost all you want and then just add the other test/tests you want.
For anything not on the list we can still do if available. Have to try and keep it manageable, otherwise would end up with a thousand tests dropping down.

I did a "build my own":

E2 lcms
Full blood count
Total test
$151

Not bad.
