You might want to lower your testosterone dosage a little bit. That would get your numbers in range. If that's what you're looking for.

If you're going to run a cycle, then increase your testosterone to, like 300 or 400 mg,

but if you're not, and you just want to cruise, then I would lower your dose.

if you're doing 140 mg of testosterone in your blood work, looks to be on point to me.
If anything, the gear you're taking might be even overdose a little bit.

Now, I don't think your testosterone is overdose. I just think that it's a quality brand.
That's why you have elevated testosterone and elevated estrogen. You could listen to the guys above and run some Primo with it.

Just be careful with primo and utilizing ai in combination, depending on how your body responds with primo it could be effective to the point you lower estrogen to much, its a balancing act, you dont want it to high or to low, a nice sweet spot is ideal.

I would run bloods again after a couple months and see how effective low dose ai with low dose primo effects the numbers.
