Here was my work out for the day. I did back. I screwed up and one of my exercises got removed from the workout. I didnt notice until i was posting it here. I re-added it for next time, but i did manage to keep the volume high for what i did.

Im supposed to take my wife to a concert friday night but im kind of stressed out about it. Ive been working so hard trying to turn my diet and sleep schedule around i feel like ill be taking two steps back if i do it. I dont really want to go, I feel bad but i bought these tickets six months ago now i feel like im stuck.

you fast that day, do some fasting and eat at the concert

1 day is good to have off mentally do it and enjoy it and come back on diet strong
