  • Squats – 3×10 @ 120kg (ramped up with low-rep warm-ups)
  • Leg Extension – 3×10
  • RDL – 3×10 @ 100kg (ramped up)
  • Lying Hamstring Curl – 3×10
  • Standing Calf Raises – 3×10
