My life has been insane. My son has just signed to a team in Spain and is leaving in 5 weeks (assuming his Visa goes through). We've been doing a lot of fundraising and publicity and it's like working two jobs! Once he leaves....I'll have all the time in the world!

He plays soccer or football...lolIt's a low level team but a 9 month deal and lots of exposure so who knows where it will lead. We've already had contact with a couple clubs over there so I'm hopeful there will be further opportunities.

Thats awesome!!! My lil cuz she started at University of Houston on the soccer team and now she is on a pro team here in the States and gets paid to live out her dream. Now that’s what I'm talking bout!

Wanted to share that I just did 335 for one rep. I may have done this once before but my memory is not trustworthy. Either way this was legit all te way to the chest with no spot. I'm proud of it . Anadrol should be mostly out of my system by now I would guess but I could be wrong

Me either I do 85% of max. And between 6-8 reps. If I can get 8 reps easy then I add a little at a time till I'm back in that range

Thanks casca. Sitting at about 194 when empty. That would be double the body weight of a 167 pound guy so I'm close!

Certainly don't want to down play ur achievement, but I can take a schlub from the gym, and train a lift and most certainly have them put up bigger #'s in a few weeks.
