We will start this log off with a bang and train some legs! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a session like this so it was good to dust off the cobwebs and break a damn good sweat again!
So as it stands my goals are to give stage another crack
I get married in august so I’ll be doing a growth phase up until a month or so out, do a little tidy up and get shredded for the wedding then after the wedding and honeymoon are over it’s full steam ahead!!
