This mornings check ins, current fasted weight sitting at 99.3kg and still just cruising on 250test.
Have bloods booked for Monday morning to determine when, how long and how heavy we can push this next growth phase!

Will give a list of macros in the coming few days

Hey lads sorry I didn’t post the last few days just had a rest day and got bloods!

Here’s this morning’s work out and my test levels off a 250 test cruise.

All other health markers were great so it’s time to start prepping for the push!

Might not happen straight away as I’m guessing coach wants me to get just a tad leaner but with the way I’m progressing I’m not stressed I won’t be on the money pretty damn soon 💪

@Borristheblade bloods very limited did you do alt ast kidneys?

on the training you're on point especially hammer curls with the rope i like the higher volume

you going to up the cardio?

It was pretty much a full panel blood test I just chose to only upload my test levels! ALT 64, AST 44, LDL 2.5 , HDL 1.0 all pretty damn good only slightly elevated liver enzymes but nothing to be worried about

And in regards to the cardio we have added an extra round of hiit cardio so I’m doing three 6x6 sessions a week of cardio post training and then my job is super labour intense and I’m pretty damn active so it doesn’t take much for me 💪

I just thought it was because of how hard I train but turns out the second I took the mast out I felt amazing so moving forward I think it’s primo for me 💪 stoked to see how my body goes on primo!

I starring Primo myself in June, be good see how we both go on it

@Borristheblade primobolan is it especially as you go into show prep and low cals, you need primo to grow.

Training is progressing nicely considering my elbow is quite sore, I fell through a carport and fucked myself up abit but nothing I’m not used to we keep pushing 💪
