Goodmorning all, it's been quite some time since ive shown my face here! a lot of you know me already and know what I'm about but I thought id take the time to fill in all the new people on who I am, what I'm about and my plans for this log.
Im a competitive and aspiring bodybuilder from Down under who had to pull out from his first show just 8 weeks out due to family, mental and financial reasons. after dieting 40 weeks and in prep 16 weeks, having a wedding planned 2 weeks after my show (that didn't end up happening), running a construction business and trying to be a good dad all at the same time plus adding first time tren use to the mix really was a recipe for disaster ahah with all that being said I always held onto my competitive aspirations.
now that the back story is out of the way ill share a few photos of what I looked like during my prep so you can all gauge what kind of physique I have and ill share a few photos of me now.

Diet
Meal 1: 250g Greek yoghurt with a handful of berries, 4 pieces of wholegrain toast with 2 tbs of my favourite nut spread
Meal 2: 2 scoops WPI shake
Meal 3: 250g chicken breast with 2 scoops of white rice with a side of salad
Meal 4: 2 scoops WPI shake
Meal 5: 4 egg omelette

275 carbs 311 protein 99 fats
PED stack
Currently im just cruising on 250 Test E but as of this coming Monday I will be bumping that up to 375 Test E, 200 EQ and 1-200 NPP
