this weeks check ins guys! Weight down significantly to 96.9kgs but that’s mainly due to a massive increase in work and it being extremely hot this week also! Nothing I’m concerned about really just going to roll on as per usual for the next week or two and if there’s still a significant drop and I’m getting too lean we will look at increasing calories
