your hormones are still changing so obessing over where they are at makes no sense. you don't finish fully developing until your late 20's
if you are gonna stay on gear you better make sure you know what you are getting into
Bros, I can definitely tell you that winstrol will wreck the hair line.
A good idea. You shaved it.
Look really good man in the pictures.
Absolutely ripped to shreds.
The back shot is my favorite.
Can really see your muscles popping out.
Proud of you, man. Keep up the good work.
Wide angle shot is on point.
I would say your body fat is super lean maybe like 6% or 5%.
Great updates, man.
As usual, I love your sense of humor.
Not a good thing that your sleep is not going well.
We got to get you sleeping better, man. Maybe, try some melatonin?
When we get super depleted, esp low low carbs, our head can go. That's when a good coach is worth their weight in goldCurrent condition 3 weeks out(not competing, just a practice).
Thank god for these weekly photo check ins as I’ve been extremely susceptible to body dysmorphia this week. I keep thinking I’m not losing fat and getting skinny fat, but comparing this weeks check in to last weeks I’m very happy with the results.
Libido is completely gone, however morning wood is still around so at least everything is operational downstairs.
Sleep is so trashed as well, getting about 2x 2-3 hour spells of sleep per night. Anxiety comes and goes but I’m getting good at riding it out now.
3 weeks more weeks of a hard push, then the plan is to cruise and get the health in check before moving on to a potential 18-24 month growth phase. I really need to get my legs to come up, they’ve suffered hard during this cut. @Pigsy with the leg inspiration.

I like how you're being open and honest about body dysmorphia.
It's definitely an issue in bodybuilding. Wish more people would acknowledge it.
Body dysmorphia and body image issues are #1 in our industry, and very few openly discuss the issues. @apizzaguyCouldn’t agree more, we all go through it and if left untreated it can cause some pretty serious issues with our relationships with food, body image and overall mental health.
Just a part of the game we play unfortunately.
@apizzaguy looking hella lean bro! Have you tried taking anything for sleep?Current condition 3 weeks out(not competing, just a practice).
