Last night I hardly got any sleep at all. Maybe 2 or 3 hours. This woman was crazy, kept me up all night. Anyway, had an ok workout today. I felt a bit sluggish, but I did manage to get all my reps in. I’ve also decided that with the knee and the disparities between my quad sizes, I’m going to compete in men’s physique only next spring. If by some odd chance things drastically change, I’ll probably do classic physique as well. I’ve been going back and forth about a winter bulk and I’ve decided after advice from a few people that I’m gonna go ahead if my doctor give me the green light. However, it will be a very clean bulk with short esters because I’ll have to go into contest prep a few months after. I’ll post up layout for the planned bulk after this post.
