Today I just worked around the house again and went for an awesome walk. The weather was amazing so I took advantage of it.



PEDs:



200mg test cypionate (weekly)



Supplements:



Ghost multivitamins

Ghost bcaa

5 gram creatine

Vegan omega 3s





Exercise:



Logged 21,000 steps today



Diet:



12:00 meal



2 vegan biscuits

1 cup vegan gravy

1 cup turmeric seasoned tofu

1 patty plant based sausage

2 cup spring mix

1 cup bean sprouts



4:00 meal



2 cup super greens

1 cup brown rice

1 cup lentils

12 oz falafel

4 tbsp hummus

1/2 avacado

1/4 cup broccoli

1/4 cup corn

1/2 cup cucumber

1/2 cup tomato

1/4 cup pickled onions

1/4 cup salt brined pickles

1/2 cup shredded cabbage

1/4 cup olives

1/2 cup plant based dressing



Post workout meal



1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup pomegranate

3 cup unsweet almond milk

30 gram Quinoa protein

52 gram pea protein

2 tbsp hemp seeds



Side note:

Just to update,

I tore my patellar tendon and fractured my tibia last week. I’m still waiting on word from my orthopedic surgeon to find out how we treat it. So I have been really down the last week. I’ve decided to continue training in the meantime even if I have to crutch my ass to the gym. 💪🏽

How did this happen?
 
I was just walking up the stairs in my house. It was the weirdest thing.
Do u have some type of bone disease or something for it to snap like that? Strange how we always get injured at home instead of the gym. Same thing happened to my ankle. Waking down the steps heard a pop and had surgery a couple months later.
 
No, no diseases. I’m super healthy as far as I know. I figure it’s all the crazy shit I did when I was younger. Pushing through the pain and all that mess. Wow, I’m sorry that happened to you. Makes me feel a bit better though that I’m not the only one this type of stuff happens to.

Oh this shit happens to all of us I think. You though seem to have this crap happen all the time. Are you still taking HCG every week or is this all over with since the divorce?
 
No, all the fertility stuff ended with the divorce. This is the knee I just had surgery on about 3 months ago though.
Damn so the same knee. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

1 cup broccoli slaw
1/3 cup light balsamic vinaigrette


Post workout meal


1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup pomegranate
3 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
52 gram pea protein
