It’s teriyaki sauce. No, I haven’t added any bpc as of yet. I’m waiting to see what the orthopedic surgeon wants to do first.

definitely be careful with those sauces they can contain a large amount of sodium and other crap

Today I got a work out in. Not a great one but I did see what my limitations were for the most part. After I went and got in the cocoon and also did some infrared light therapy as well.

4:00 meal


2 avacado
2 Roma tomatoes
1 orange bell pepper
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1 cup of red quinoa
1 cup arugula
1 cup broccoli slaw
1/3 cup light balsamic vinaigrette
1 cup lentils


Post workout meal


1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup pomegranate
3 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
52 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds

@Boxcutter before even surgery consider BPC, it's a real saver for many.
