I slept around 8.5 hours last night. Was a little tired this morning so I just laid in bed till later in the morning. Had a good workout after I finally got my lazy ass up. I added some weight today after warming up. I couldn’t get my heart rate up after going from 4x15 to 3x10. Weights still felt really easy but I’m still playing it safe to avoid injuries.

PEDs:

400mg sustanon (weekly)
490mg masteron
400mg npp
50mg proviron (daily)
1mg anastrozole (eod)
8iu hgh (4iu/4iu daily)
250 mcg caber (2x week)

Supplements:

Animal pak x2
5 gram creatine
5200mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement

Post workout meal

3 cup fat free a2 milk
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein
2 servings clean mass gainer

5:30 meal

12 oz free range chicken breast
1 cup quinoa
1 bag green giant Mediterranean blend
1 avacado

Side note:

I did 15 minutes in the sauna today and also worked on posing for about 30 minutes. The trembling is at a minimum this week. So I can actually hold poses this go around.
