I slept 8 hours last night. This morning was considerably better energy wise. I had another great workout today. I had to add weight again today and also a new exercise, I just wasn’t feeling like I did enough. Took a nap in the afternoon and I’ll just be relaxing for the rest of the day.

Side note:

I did 15 minutes in the sauna again today. Also worked on posing for around 20 minutes today.

Had some good rest last night. I slept for around 9 hours. Felt amazing upon waking and continued throughout the entire day. Today was another rest day so me and the lady hopped around the city back and forth for most of the afternoon. After dinner we spent the rest of the evening in the pool.
