I slept around 6 hours last night. The lady stayed over and kept my ass up this time. Today was a rest day so I didn’t do much today.

I slept around 8.5 hours last night. Stayed with the lady last night. Energy was great today. I had a great workout this afternoon. I’ve had to move Fridays workouts to Sundays because of my sons football games. Gonna lay out by the pool for the rest of the day.

your dedication is strong and something new today I see raspberries and more chicken no steak today :) cleaner day @Boxcutter
 
love your diet as i've said a million times. guys need to learn about miconutrients and a whole food diet
