I slept fairly well last night considering I stayed at the lady’s house. I got around 7.5 hours in. Energy was tremendous today. Had a great workout this afternoon. Still feeling really strong, I feel I could have added 20lbs to each lift at least. Gonna hang out at the pool this evening.

Side note:

I worked on posing for around 30 minutes again today.
