I slept around 9 hours last night. Had good energy upon waking and throughout the day. Tweaked my shoulder on my shoulder workout last week. Had some x-rays taken on Friday. I got a call today that says I need to see my orthopedic surgeon about the shoulder. They said the images show distal clavicular osteolysis, so I’m assuming I’ll be getting an mri ordered when I see my doctor tomorrow. I’m gonna take the week off this for sure, may end the cycle of my doctor thinks it’s in my best interest. Will have more details on the 25th. Will be reducing caloric intake until I speak with the my doctor.

PEDs:

400mg sustanon (weekly)
490mg masteron
400mg npp
50mg proviron (daily)
1mg anastrozole (eod)
8iu hgh (4iu/4iu daily)
250 mcg caber (2x week)

Supplements:

Animal pak x2
5 gram creatine
5200mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement
7 cap N2Guard
1000mg tudca
200mg nac
10mg cialis

Exercise:

45 minutes hot vinyasa flow

Diet:

Macros 268P/314C/86F
Calories 3019

10:00 meal

1 cup dry oats
1 3/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp raw honey
9 oz raspberries
2 oz walnuts
2 bananas

11:00 meal

1 cup free range egg whites
2 oz fat free cheddar
1 cup pico de gallo
2 avacado guacamole

Post workout meal

2 cup fat free lactose free milk
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
20 gram collagen protein

5:00 meal

12 oz organic chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 bag green giant Mediterranean blend

Side note:

Not too much to add today.
 
Imo you spend to much time posing which is tightening your muscles and tendons when u should be stretching instead.

but doctor situation worries me, you had a few medical set backs recently, is this normal for you or just new?

Just old injuries I’ve pushed and pushed past coming back to bite me in the ass.
 
unfortunately shoulder issues are common. i tore mine about 10 years ago :(

you will need to tweak your training depending on the severity

For me no more overhead and no more heavy lifts that put strain on my shoulders and make sure you improve your mobility and flexibility
