I slept around 9 hours last night. Energy was still good at time end my fast. I could have easily kept going for another day or so at least, I felt. No digestive issues post fast. Feeling really good with tons of energy. I’m really loving the yoga at the moment. It is a tremendous workout and amazing for flexibility. Walks are good as well as long as I’m wear a brace on both knees.

I slept around 8 hours last night. I decided to keep the fast going until Wednesday morning at 10am. Workouts have been great, just a bit challenging. I definitely don’t feel the “on” feeling as most people describe it. However, my recovery is going great and the workouts are still amazing. The fast will have lasted around 65 hours when I break it, so not too bad for my first in quite a while. I’ve also added some walking back into the mix for a bit more cardio and to keep fat as low as possible.
