yeah you really have to adjust your training as you get older
the days of just going in there and throwing weights around and as you get into your mid-30s

Bros I damage my shoulders too but for me it was from Plumbing work
having to stretch out all the time with my arms in the air really did a lot of damage and having to carry toilets upstairs

I slept around 9 hours last night. Energy was still good at time end my fast. I could have easily kept going for another day or so at least, I felt. No digestive issues post fast. Feeling really good with tons of energy. I’m really loving the yoga at the moment. It is a tremendous workout and amazing for flexibility. Walks are good as well as long as I’m wear a brace on both knees.

PEDs:

250mg sustanon (weekly)
150mg masteron
2iu hgh

Supplements:

Animal pak
5 gram creatine
1600mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement
7 cap ostazol
5 cap hcgenerate
3 cap nutrazol 677
10mg cialis

Exercise:

45 minutes hot vinyasa flow
45 minutes walking (3.5-4.0mph)

Diet:

Macros 280P/232C/84F
Calories 2776

Post workout meal

2 cup fat free lactose free milk
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
25 gram egg protein
25 gram whey protein
20 gram collagen

10:00 meal

1 cup free range egg whites
3/4 cup pico de gallo
2 avacado guacamole

5:00 meal

14 oz grass fed ny strip
1 cup brown rice
1 bag green giant Mediterranean blend

Side note:

Not too much to add today.

i like collagen, add some cardazol or ostazol preworkout I think you got ostazol in your TD 1-2 caps BOOM

I slept around 8 hours last night. I decided to keep the fast going until Wednesday morning at 10am. Workouts have been great, just a bit challenging. I definitely don’t feel the “on” feeling as most people describe it. However, my recovery is going great and the workouts are still amazing. The fast will have lasted around 65 hours when I break it, so not too bad for my first in quite a while. I’ve also added some walking back into the mix for a bit more cardio and to keep fat as low as possible.

Side note:

Did a bit of red light therapy and also a good bit of stretching as well.
@Boxcutter fasting works well and im getting great recovery benefits with my red light and hyperbaric therapy.
