October 7 2024

I slept around 7.5 hours last night. Energy was still really good today. I started back in the gym today with a modified workout that I’ll be doing in addition to the hot vinyasa flow. It’ll be a 5 day split with exercises that I can do comfortably without causing anymore issues. Workout was amazing! I’m still feeling really strong. I didn’t notice any loss of strength since my cycle ended.

PEDs:

250mg sustanon (weekly)
150mg masteron
2iu hgh

Supplements:

Animal pak
5 gram creatine
1600mg omega-3
1 tbsp fiber supplement
7 cap ostazol
5 cap hcgenerate
3 cap nutrazol 677
10mg cialis

Exercise:

45 minutes hot vinyasa flow
45 minutes walking (3.5-4.0mph)

Chest workout:

90lb Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 4x10
315lb Barbell Bench Press: 4x10
90lb Dumbbell Pullovers: 3x12
225lb Vertical Pec Flys: 3x15
Push-ups: 3xfailure

Calories 2238

Post workout meal

2 cup fat free lactose free milk
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein
25 gram egg protein
25 gram whey protein
20 gram collagen

10:00 meal

1 cup free range egg whites
2 oz fat free cheddar
2 avacado guacamole
2 banana

5:00 meal

12 oz organic chicken
1 cup quinoa
2 cup steamed broccoli
1 cosmic crisp apple

Side note:


I did around 20 minutes in the sauna today.

If you can do 315 for 4 sets of 10 on flat bench you should easily be able to do 405 for 3 reps.

If you can do 315 for 4 sets of 10 on flat bench you should easily be able to do 405 for 3 reps.
I feel like I can probably do that. I won’t try it anytime soon because of the shoulder, but I feel like I more than likely could.

I just dropped the npp when my cycle ended. I’m gonna drop some water and a bit of fat while I’m in this phase.

you gain fat on NPP? I doubt with your diet any drug would do that to you man @Boxcutter :)

No, not usually. It does make me hold water though, a significant amount less than deca but still water.

I slept around 8.5 hours last night. Energy is still great and cardio is a breeze. I’m really enjoying the ostazol, nutrazol, and hcgenerate. The yoga is really helping with a lot of my pain. I won’t say I don’t take pain pills at times, but I can typically manage without. Incorporated some new exercises today. I added some lighter rdls today to see if they bother the knee. Hopefully, it will go well and I can add some weight.

Last night I slept for around 8 hours. Had a bit of a slow start but the energy came as the day progressed. My workout was pretty good. I’m kinda babying the shoulder a bit so I didn’t do too much today. Was planning on cooking some turkey cutlets for dinner but the lady popped up and we ended up going for sashimi.
