BPC-157 Questions. Need to cure arthritis and joint damage.

Okay, so long story short I'm only in my late 20s and I have A LOT of joint damage from bad form, being flat footed and years of taking proton pump inhibitors. My feet are now fixed, my acid reflux is now fixed with surgery and I want to start lifting again. Plain and simple, I cannot afford stem cell injections; especially because I have damage in my back, to my neck, to my wrists and to my shoulders. I was researching BPC-157 and it seems like the miracle I need. The thing is, all the information is about injecting it. There is no way I can, or want to inject around my spine. I did read you CAN take it orally, but the info on setting up the peptide has to do for injection. For example, instead of taking a syringe and filling it with BAC water, couldn't I just take the cap off the peptide and introduce the water using a needless syringe, or dropper? That might be a silly question, but the compound seems to pretty unstable and I wasn't sure if it was best to keep it less exposed to air or something like that. Also, has anyone used the peptide orally, or am I better off trying to use TB-500 orally?

Yes, can be taken orally. It will obviously be less effective than inj at the problem site but Ive seen feedback from guys dosing it successfully orally.

You can't take a Lypholized Peptide (Freeze Dried).
Reconstitute it, and Swallow it.
Your Stomach Acid would Destroy it, as Peptides can be Destroyed if Reconstituted Incorrectly.
They are Very Fragile.................................... JP
P.S.
You need a Product that has been designed for Oral Ingestion like Nutrobal.

To be Effective ~ BPC-157 & TB-500 must be Injected !

Okay, so if I take Nutrobal that would be the key to my problems? I read the link, but it mainly talks about muscle and strength, which is all well and good; I just need tendon repair. It did talk a little about it, but it didn't say if I needed to use a different protocol if I'm taking it for tendon and bone repair. Also, since it increases strength, do I have to worry about T levels dropping when I get off of it?

Nutrobal isn't Suppressive, so T Levels won't drop.

Honestly, nothing will repair Tendons and or Cartilage except for Stem Cell Injections.
I was looking into them before I had my Double Hip Replacement.
And even they don't always work from all the research I did (which was considerable).

Can you be a little more Specific on your Diagnosis.
As I have many Injuries to my Spine and Shoulders.
And I also had a Wrist Issue around 3 years ago, that I had the "Graston Technique" done (relieved the pain).

I could tell you what has worked for me and what has not........................... JP
P.S.
Nutrobal was very helpful, but again, Not a Cure.

Neither is BPC-157 or TB-500.
As I also did 3 rounds of TB-500 (there's a log in one of the threads).
And also did 1 round of BPC-157 & Ipamorelin ~ and this was when there were Good Peptides on the market.

Never had an x-ray of my shoulders, or wrists but I have "Mild" arthritis in my low back and I have nagging SI Joints, specifically on the left side. I've been having upper back pain on and off since my teens.

Also with BPC-157, if I need to inject could I just inject in my thigh? Would that work, or does it have to be by the injury sight? I can do thigh injections if need be. I had those at the hospital. Injecting into the stomach is super painful, the thigh not at all for the most part.

You should get a Shoulder, and Wrist X-ray, as this may be something that a Good Physical Therapist could help with.

Did you Injure your Lower Back, as Arthritis of the Spinal Column at any of the Levels, is usually the result of a previous injury.

I've had so many Back Injuries, I don't quite remember them all.
Laminectomy @ L-4/L-5 ~ Compression Fracture @ T-4/T-6 & T-11 & 12.
Degeneration @ S-1 thru S-5.
Degeneration of the Pubis Symphysis ~ this is a Cartilage between the Pubic Bones ~ it acts as a cushion.
And then I have Bone Spurs at every single injury, as a result of the injury.
So I know exactly what you are talking about with the Nagging SI.

Best Thing that I can Recommend is to really Key in on getting your Psoas nice a flexible.
The Psoas is the Muscle that connects the Back from T-12 down the Spine, then comes around the Hips and connects at the Greater Trochanter on the Outside of the Hip, and also at the Lesser Trochanter, right at the Inside of the Groin.
So when this Tightens up through Injury, it Pulls your Hips upward, and your Back forward.
And this on it's own can be Very Painful, causing pain from the Mid-Spine to the Inner Groin.
And can also effect the Gracilis Muscle that runs from the Inner Groin, down to the Inner Knee.................. JP
P.S.
BPC works best when Injected ~ Site Specific ~ or as close as possible to the injured area.
Wish I had a Reputable Source that I could share ~ the Peptide Market has gone to shit over the last 2 1/2 years.

Yeah, see I used to sit in this computer chair that was too low to the ground. After a few months, the SI joint started popping in and out of place. Is TB-500 useful for joint and tendons at all? I heard you can inject that anywhere, although I have only read about it helping muscular damage. How much did MK-677 help you?

For many years I have been having some serious tennis elbow issues, which would not allow me to workout. In fact, the pain would sometimes get so intense, that I could not even open a door. During all those years nothing would help me. Then I have tried the stack of ostarine and N2Joint RX, and let me tell you that I was amazed with the results. My elbows got well rather fast, and now they feel like new. Basically, thanks to this stack I was able to start working out with full force again. Therefore, I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of this stack. Wish I knew back than that I could also stack in there some Nutrobal Mk-677 for more enhanced results - who know, maybe my recovery would go even faster.

Thanks a lot bud! Maybe I'll try some oral stacks first. The only thing that makes me kind of leary about MK-677, is that I read it can increase red blood cells and cause water retention. My red blood cells are already on the high side, although I haven't had blood work done for about a year, so who knows. Also, I don't know if it's like creatine or not in terms of how it makes you retain water, but creatine makes me piss literally every 20 minutes.

Forgot to add, with MK-677, how much does it lower stomach acid? I ask, because I was on proton pump inhibitors and just recently got off after surgery. I don't want some kind of weird rebound with stomach acid, once I've already weened off of the pills. Not to mention worried about nutrition absorption.

To answer your question on Stomach Acid, from all the Research Studies I have read, there is No Mention of Adverse Stomach Issues.
I had Silent Acid Reflux when I was taking it, and had No Adverse Reactions from the MK-677.
And it doesn't Effect Nutrition Absorption.

I'm giving you a link to a few studies............................ JP

A side note. I've been taking GABA for anxiety. I'm not sure if some of these compounds affect cortisol. Last time I had blood work, my cortisol was 29. Granted I had my blood work just before the election but still lol.

I meant to state, I'm taking L-Theanine to increase GABA. I'm not taking straight GABA.

what you need to get bro is a stand up desk. i got one and it took about a month to get used to it and i started feeling so much better after. i have 3 degenerative discs and a pinched nerve in my neck thanks to sitting at a desk job for 15 straight years 6X per week

check out varidesk, their shit is high quality and you can buy a nice one for $400 flat

L-thenanine is simply an amino acid. It's often included in energy drinks because it helps raise serotonin levels naturally. It's not a stimulant though and will have no effect on cortisol levels.

I had some clients use TB500 with great success in the past but that was years ago. The problem you are going to run into now is trying to find a legitimate source of TB500 now a days. The peptide market is full of fakes. I wish I had a peptide source to recommend but I don't.

I would use ostarine and a good joint supplement like N2joint rx from n2bm.com instead. Even if you could find a legitimate TB500 source, I would still argue that ostarine and a good joint supplement would be even more effective. Ostarine is fantastic for healing injuries and promoting recovery, where as a good joint supplement gives your body all the building blocks it needs to actually build and repair cartilage and ligaments. It's also way cheaper then TB500.

Good luck with the TB500! I hope you found a good source. If you end up getting a rash or any weird side effects, stop taking the peptides immediately.

Thank you and thanks a lot. I think I'll just take the Ostarine and get the supplement. Now, I just need to know the protocols with Ostarine and how long to cycle. I read Ostarine is mildly suppressive. I guess that means I'll ahve to take PCT after runnign a cycle of it. If I need a test booster, I need to point out that I can not take Longjack. That skyrocketed my blood pressure. Also in terms of T levels, last time I had my T levels checked they were 474 and free T was 93. Keep in mind though, that I have been dealign with sinus issues for over a year and mild sleep apnea. Although not optimal, I'm sure my levels went up at least a little since then, now that I am healthier then when I took the last test, but I still have sinus issues. Also, I meant that I didn't know if SARMS, or Peptides increase cortisol.

Forgot to add that I'm 29 and I hope my T levels come back in the 600s next blood test. Free T, I'm not sure what I should hope for because I've never see na chart for normal Free T levels.

Good call giving the Ostarine and n2jointrx a shot first. I would also make sure you are taking fish oil each day too. I would get at least 6g per day and probably closer to 10g per day in your case. It really helps with inflammation.

With running Ostarine, it is mildly suppressive so yes a pct would be important. HCGenerate ES is a great natural test booster that will definitely not increase blood pressure. You can get that from n2bm where you get the n2jointrx from.

Okay, I've looked at some protocols and this is what I was thinking and please someone tell me if this would be optimal. I was reading that a dose of 12.5 is the ideal dose for joints, but not necessary the ideal dose for an anabolic effect. What I was thinking of doing is running it at 12.5mg, or 12mg depending on the vial and run it 6-8 weeks everyday. Does that sound good?

- - - Updated - - -

I was thinking of running it at a lower dose for longer to minimize the suppressing effect.
