Okay, so been having some nagging injuries. Want to try these two peptides out. Anyone have any experiences with them? I know PSL supplies them but can't order till January unfortunately. But figured it be good to see what peoples insight are till then.

Cheers!

Any significant improvements in healing/recovery?

combined with rest yes you will help

but if you think you can take them and just go in and throw weights around then i'm sorry but that won't fly

i use bpc on my elbow and shoulder and tb helps me in between grueling workouts

I used both of these peptides together. Heard them called the wolverine stack. I was sceptical but can say these are the most effective PED substances I've ever used. I started getting tendonitis in my wrists so immediately stattednloooing for a solution as I am just coming back from an injury and did not want another set back. I found these peptides and started using them TB500 at 5mg/2 x weekly and BPC157 400mcg/ 1 x daily. I noticed a difference in a few days. Within 3 weeks all pain and signs of tendonitis it's were gone and are still gone now 3 weeks later. I never stopped working out. I am doing light circuit type training getting back on shape but recovered without changing routine. It took months to recover from tendonitis in my elbows a couple years ago. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks a lot for the reply man!

So if it's an acute injury, when following the proper protocol for recovery, yes, it's very effective. Chronic injury is more of a case by case thing. and if it needs surgery, you probably are not going to get much from it unless used post surgery. Extremely effective for preventative maintenance before injury happens.

Older thread I know, and I apologize --- how/where are you guys site injecting BPC for help with elbow tendinitis? As some of you may recall, I've been dealing with it for the past 3+ months. I'm finally back to the gym and lifting but it's still hindering me for sure. I'm considering trying TB and BPC...
