BPC157 isn’t working for me, need dosing advice

I’m using bpc157 into my forearms for my forearm splints. I started getting these when I increased my volume on my curls at the gym. I’m trying to train my arms atleast 2x a week.
I’m right at a dosing of 100mcg EOD going into my forearms between my wrists and elbow. What am I doing wrong? Should I pin a different spot? Or should I increase the dosing?

Just train arms 1 time per week. And pin into biceps or triceps.

Your coding is incorrect.
Bpc157 500mcg per day
Tb500 5mg per week split into two shots.
Go to once per week arm training until you can handle the volume.
 
Lower your volume. Also, I would stack some growth hormone with it that will help with repair
 
100 mcg per day, is way too low. You want to Triple that amount and you want to be doing it every day until you start getting relief.
