I’m using bpc157 into my forearms for my forearm splints. I started getting these when I increased my volume on my curls at the gym. I’m trying to train my arms atleast 2x a week.
I’m right at a dosing of 100mcg EOD going into my forearms between my wrists and elbow. What am I doing wrong? Should I pin a different spot? Or should I increase the dosing?
