About 5 years ago, I was playing pickup basketball and I went to jump for the ball and I fell awkwardly. Didn’t really think much of it. But after the game, my knee swelled up. Thought I had water in my knee, went to the doctor and he took a look at it and he said that I had some tearing in my ligament but nothing too serious.
It has not healed the way I want, and I’m really frustrated because every time I tried to play and every time I lift, it bothers me more. How much bpc 157 you recommended I use and for how long? Should I try 200mcg per day?
