Didnt train today as had alot on with work and family- will most likely have a morning and evening session tomorrow to make up.

Not sure how i feel about these peptides- eye has continued twitching all day and i still do feel slight palpitations and tightness around the chest. This is my first time supplementing with any injection and my experience so far has not been similar to some of the people on this forum. Not sure if to stop it completely or just power through and see how it goes. Any advise from experienced peptide users is welcome here.

That is strange ive never had a peptide do that to me with the sides you are describing? Did it come from a source you can trust ?

as im new to this scene , i found the source on this forum and from what i read from other members he was well valued and rated- he even showed the test results of the compounds. Im guessing hes legit but same time not sure as i dont know what to make of the side effects. Ill microdose this week and see how i feel.

Health:
Feeling overall good today, very slight twitching and no palpitations at all today however after lunch and dinner i was very bloated with discomfort even tho i took digestive enzymes after the meals. This went away after an hour and a bit so not a big issue. The appetite suppression was not at all evident today, was constantly feeling hungry. The morning was good however as soon as i broke my fast with a meal and in between lunch and dinner i was feeling slight hunger which i didnt feel any other day. Maybe due to the half life of reta?

I honestly think its from reta
That definitely could be, glp1 drugs have a whole host of sides associated with them. Id lower dose see if it still happens, process of elimination

So far this week has shown progress and encouraging results- my training was okay and not as hard as id like to go due to my injury, starting next week i will be adding resistance training to my progress along with cardio. I have also noticed i do look leaner in front of the mirror and the muscle separation are more evident. Still early days and plenty of work to go however hoping to keep this momentum moving forward and achieve my goal by week 12.
