Looks good. Are those pancakes under the eggs?
For breakfast this morning I had-
8 (1 cup) egg white
2 whole eggs
100g oatmeal
1 apple
2 tablespoon chia seeds
I mix the chia seeds, along with cinnamon, sea salt and stevia into the oatmeal.
My breakfast gives you about 50g protein, 90g carb and 20g fat. I normally don't include a huge amount of carbs and fat in the same meal but I am training today right after breakfast so I wanted something a little more filling.
