Looks good. Are those pancakes under the eggs?

For breakfast this morning I had-
8 (1 cup) egg white
2 whole eggs
100g oatmeal
1 apple
2 tablespoon chia seeds

I mix the chia seeds, along with cinnamon, sea salt and stevia into the oatmeal.

My breakfast gives you about 50g protein, 90g carb and 20g fat. I normally don't include a huge amount of carbs and fat in the same meal but I am training today right after breakfast so I wanted something a little more filling.
 
I fucking love eggs!

For me today I had a cup of oatmeal with some berries mixed in and 2 scoops of whey isolate and a banana as a shake. Got to be ready to crush legs today. I was not due for a leg day but I have some type of muscle injury in my back. Hard to tell right now what it is exactly so I am going to rest it for a few days until I figure it out. Happened during wide grip cable lat pulldowns. Just not sure if it is in my lat, rear delt, trap, or rhomboids, lol.
 
this morning i had 2 eggs scrambled well done (i can't eat eggs that are under cooked or i get the runs) 2 pieces of toast and jam with a greens powder

No it was an English muffin and three eggs. I'm carb cycling today. That muffin is about it for today.

You guys all suck.....no carbs for me today.

I had egg whites and two whole eggs with broccoli and mushrooms this morning. Followed by a greens powder.

for me,100g white oats mixed with 2 TBL spoon peanut butter 25g whey protein,4 whole eggs+8 egg whites with a cup of black tea
 
6-7 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal with flax seeds, 1tblsp. Almond butter, 1 cup of coffee. Sometimes I will put hot peppers or hot sauce in my egg whites for a little zing.
 
Mine usually consist of oatmeal with dates, raisin, walnuts , or anything else I feel like mixing up at the time. Usually have 4 eggs...I have lots of chickens so I usually have some kind of eggs throughout the day. If I don't have eggs, I have 1/2 MRP with milk, raw egg, and blueberries added.

I never count carbs or fat...I only count protein.
