@Gunner308 290grams of protein NICE!7/31 Back to the grind!!!! Work sucked, hot as hell but managed to ingest 290g of protein throughout the day with a decent caloric intake of 1440. Chest workout was phenomenal with the most reps pushed so far. Ordered some bop and proviron to add in the mix son . Can’t wait to see how they work. Bed at 9:30pm back up at 2am.
